2013 High-Res PC Screenshot Thread of Let the JPEG Die Already

Just checking out some of the new additions to the latest Project Cars build. Also fiddled with HDR, so images aren't as vibrant as my previous.

Oh shizz. They added the E30 M3. The greatest of all automobiles. My happiness.
Also, AA and this game just are not friends for me. I had one setup working cleanly once, but its gone away. Balls.

Now that I'm down to playing at 1920x1200 my 670 isn't working as hard, so I did some downsampling from 2880x1800 and still keeping 60fps on ultra settings most of the time

@ Sax Russel:

Is it Freespace 1 campaign in Freespace 2 engine with the same mediavps assets?? Or did you simply forget to put in the 2?

Damn it these shots look amazing! Love the VMU shot! Before this thread Sonic All Stars wasn't even on my radar. Is it worth $30? How does it hold up compared to say Mario Kart?

One of my best friends, who is a die hard Nintendo fan, took some serious convincing to even give the game a go. Once he did, he got completely hooked playing it at mine and over the course of about four weeks, we put some serious work into getting every star in the world tour (much much harder than it sounds). It's so much better than i was expecting and i actually feel guilty only spending 22GBP on it, which was on launch week. Definitely one of my favorite and most played games of 2012.

That's just my opinion of course. But i'd definitely recommend investigating further and if you're a fan of kart games, i'd be surprised if you didn't like it.

EDIT: My only complaint was the game being 30fps, which gives Mario Kart a more responsive feeling, with it being 60. But if you're planning on picking up the PC version, that shouldn't even effect you.

Is the PC port 60 FPS?
