First of all you will require a lot of patience! :P I suggest you try one of the ENBs out there. They never hurt to try as they are easy to remove. Also use Nexus install mods you want. It should go well if you use Nexus manager imho. All FO3 needs is some color correction... It's already a good looking game behind.

Have any recommendations ENB wise??

Game looks pretty decent for an ancient-ass UE3 game.
Well, two years isn't exactly ancient, but Bulletstorm is absolutely one of the best looking UE3 games. Right up there with Bioshock Infinite and Arkham City, etc.

EDIT: Those Shadow Warrior shots are tiiiiiiiiiiight.

@Neoenigma

I actually meant to amend that.

I made a config file in the game's main folder with the following:

pp_dof_enable "1"
pp_blur_enable "0"
pp_film_grain_enable "0"
pp_glow_enable "1"
pp_sharpen_enable "0"
pp_screen_blur_enable "0"
pp_radial_blur_enable "1"
pp_sun_shafts_enable "1"
pp_color_grading_enable "1"
pp_ca_enable "0"

then named it 1.cfg and added

bind +l "exec 1.cfg"

to the binds.cfg in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Shadow Warrior\profiles\[profilename]

Then you just need to press L whenever you start the game.

4xSSAA and 16x AA? And looks like no AA.
Use SMAA if You can and downsample, You'll get much better result.

This.

You can't have better results than Downsample + SMAA for Dolphin. Since games doesn't have too much complex details going on, it's quite easy to cover A LOT of jaggies.

I didn't realize how bad the blur setting smudged up this game imagery. It's like they want to sabotage their own texture quality, which is pretty decent.
