Germany vs. Portugal- I was rooting for Germany in this one, mostly because (between the two) I'm more invested in them since I took four years of German in high school and like Germany as a country. I know absolutely nothing about Portugal or its team, other than apparently that Pepe guy has a history of being an asshole? Either way, that was a fun game to watch. That headbutt was ridiculous.

I'm portuguese and I think that Pepe shouldn't play anymore in the national team. He will never learn. He should have a mature attitude by now, but nah.

Anyway, I find hilarious just thinking of Portugal not going to the next phase and Iran somehow making it with Carlos Queiroz. I'm rooting for Portugal, but just that thought somehow makes me laugh. Some dark part of me wants that to happen just for fun.
