I'm actually surprised that both the US and Canada have made it this far. The bigger ice hasn't been as large a factor as I'd expected.

Different crowd. Olympics is more of a family-friendly event and made up more of the people downtown during the game.

The Cup final rioters were mostly young drunk men.

Hard to say whats going to happen on Friday. On the one hand USA has been pretty dominate and haven't really been tested which could work to Canada's favor. On the other hand Canada has struggled and may be a bit tired compared to the Americans.

Not at all, from what I've seen. Ironically the U.S. had a harder group, but that meant teams that would play a similar, open brand of hockey and be more vulnerable to attack.
