Thanks for the detailed info. Is it possible to get playable framerates with those settings? Not exactly vanilla. Ultimate Lighting Mod with some tweaks, some .ini changes for shadows using the GeForce guide, pretty much everything on Ultra minus some post-processing (Vignette, CA and Bloom) and ReShade for a vignette of a different shape (really wish the 1.00 build had the old HeliosDoubleSix Vignette) and Skyrim Tonemapping. Ultimate Lighting Mod settings look like this. I'm also using ReShade for SMAA, Film Grain and Gauss Blur (and Ring DOF for screenshots), though those are probably easily overlooked. I can paste those, too if anyone insists though.
Results are still pretty hit and miss because there aren't a ton of dynamic lights in most scenes, and the Skyrim tonemapping makes things look a bit overblown here and there (looks better without it and with the Bloom enabled in a lot of cases to be honest).
Also this silly small detail mod with the less white beard option.
Brerlappin pics convinced me to finally start the sequel.

Will try anyway, but just out of curiosity.
Insane really. If you could make more I would love it.
Dead Space 2 was my favorite in the series. Looks pretty darn good downsampled. ReShade could probably do wonders for it these days
Aye. A few textures have been missed but the mod replaces almost everything with lore-friendly versions. You do get some textures that deviate from the what the game originally showed, but I think it's for the best.
I recon you didn't grow up in the '80-ies?One thing i hate about this game, well, lots of things i hated about it, but one thing i just cant get over visually, look at those fucking SHOULDERS. Each shoulder is like 4 feet long. Did they augment those too??

I attribute it to the model work by Eidos Montreal. You can see it on many of the characters that they have a very small head and a huge torso in comparison. Something clearly went wron when having to merge the assets with miscommunication or something. From a technical standpoint, Deus Ex: HR never seemed AAA or polished, thanks to its muddy textures, extremely shitty animations, and this model work we are talking about.
How? What sorcery is this? I've been playing SWTOR for the past few months and while it looks pretty good it doesn't look like THIS. To ber fair I haven't played the new content yet but I doubt Bioware could've improved the graphics that much. I'm assuming ReShade? Care to share you secret?
Is this supposed to be any specific version of STALKER?
