Oh everything Bart Scott said was pretty stupid..

“Fool’s gold,” Scott told Damon Amendolara on the CBS Sports DA Show on Wednesday. “He’s played the JV. He could have went and played Towson University and got a harder challenge than playing those two teams. Listen, it’s easy to make good throws when there’s nobody there in your face. It’s not threat. It’s no eminent threat of danger. He’s going to be under pressure. He’s going to be under stressful situations.”

“We can go right now,” Scott continued. “We can get the University of Louisville or Houston and they can beat the Browns. Let me tell you something else, he’s playing traditional 4-3 teams. It’s going to get a little difficult. There’s going to be a little trickeration this week. There’s gonna be a lot of pressure to put up 30 points because Ben [Roethlisberger] is gonna sling that thing.”

This team has reason for optimism because of the young players and hue. Where in the past (last year) that was the worst I felt about the team. Right now I feel like ppl are alittle fed up and piling on because of actions of past regimes.

It's like he didn't even watch the games. How could you miss that Jason Kelce's final form was a human turnstyle? Wentz faced a lot of pressure and took a lot of hits, actually. He was just very smart about stepping into the pocket to avoid pressure, or moving away from rushers. There's also the fact that on numerous occasions he just stood in the pocket, made the throw in the face of a free runner and took the hits. You can say he's faced bad defenses and bad teams, but you can't really say he didn't face pressure.

That's not even the worse part. Didn't both the Browns and bears switch to a 3-4? How did we play a traditional 4-3 defense both weeks? Lol
 
Can't wait for another week of me screaming at the TV about why the Cowboys are losing.

I actually like the Bears too but even with how weak they are the Cowboys will find someway to screw up something, somehow.

Is that what worship music is? I saw an interview with him where he said he listened to worship music before games and I had no idea what it was.

At least the reason for your derailment is a normal football team reason (promising rookies getting injured) instead of the normal Browns bullshit (JFF being a drug fiend, busts like Mingo and Gilbert, incompetent front office giving dumb excuses for why they suck)

More I hear and read about the owner of the Rams, the more I feel bad about wanting the Rams to move for geographical and historical reasons. That owner (Kronke? Can't remember the spelling) is Dan Snyder evil.

On the other hand, thank god that St Louis doesn't have to subsidize an evil billionaire like that for the next 30+ years.

St Louis is still a baseball town before all else though.

That's a deceiving stat. Pitts D is actually pretty decent right now.

Nobody is able to run on them, and opponents are playing them from behind. they're pretty much forcing teams to throw the ball. I know it's only week 3 but so far they're number 1 in redzone defense, and honestly, thats the only defensive stat that matters. You can throw 800 yards on them, doesn't mean anything though if you can't score points. The best news for Wentz is probably that they haven't got their pass rush going yet.

You have to remember these guys go up against one of the best offenses in the league every week during practice. They are good, and will continue to improve.
