Thanks, bro.
I have a love/hate relationship with this game, to be honest. The driving (I'm using an X360 pad) is amazing, just as the sounds. Visually it is very simple, but it does its job, which is good if you care about performance even if you don't have a powerful PC like me. The IA is so-so. Sometimes it works great and sometimes it does not. But it's not so ugly on that area. The driving physics are great, but the collision physics is weird as f*ck. It has a great selection of cars and tracks, but the problem is: they're really expensive, specially if you're living in a country with a not so strong currency like mine, because they convert the prices directly to American Dollars, so we have something like (at least for me here in Brazil) the Nurburgring track costing the double of the normal price of the Dream Pack 1 DLC on Assetto Corsa that comes with that same circuit and ten cars, whilst on RaceRoom you have only the circuit for the double of the price in my currency. You should check how things are in your region. But there's some kind of way out. Their packs on Steam aren't so expensive as in their own store, so you can get - for example - the DTM pack that comes with all DTM cars from a given year and a good bunch of tracks by a lower price, specially if you wait for a sale. Or you can buy the packs in their website with a discount.
EDIT: and an important note: it only work if you're connected to the internet.
ah yeah, I've heard the same thing about the game, that it can be really expensive. It looks great though, I may give it a try once I'm sick of AC.
