This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside.
I'm currently re-watching S7 (exactly halfway through), for the first time since it originally aired. I recall lots of press about how this was the first season where they mapped out the full 24 episodes in advance, since they had an extra year due to the writer's strike of 2007. I guess I'll see if that rings true once I'm done watching it; I remember so little of it that it feels new, almost.

I think 24 episodes of an hour-long drama is too many, regardless of storytelling style. 10-15 seems to be more the norm these days, and feels just right when watching week-to-week.

WTF happened to you Chloe?

So, who is the mole this time? Who is really behind the initial terrorist threat? I really hope it isn't as boring and predictable as every season post 1

This new girl I've been partnered with at work is the spitting image of Nina Myers

Should I pre-emptively take her out?

Stephen Fry joins the cast of 24: Live Another Day

The star is to play the fictional British Prime Minister Trevor Davies in the limited run series.

That's some great casting right there, awesome addition. Always loved his guest appearances on Bones (which may be a strange thing to enjoy given the man's output, but I feel like that role went way under the radar!).

Howard Gordon tweeted a picture of the script, the first episode takes place between 12 and 1 pm. And we already knew the second episode was 1-2 pm, so there won't be any time skips in the premiere.

So what do you think Jack whispered to Nina?

7. What did Jack whisper to Nina?

Okay, here it is. There are 2 answers to this question.
i) What Kiefer Sutherland actually said to Sarah Clarke to get that facial expression: "I love you, Sarah. Why did you marry Xander?" - This came out in the open at a 24 cast wrap do in LA after last year.
ii) What Jack 'said' to Nina: "I'm gonna hunt you down for the rest of your life." - From Kiefer Sutherland's lips to a fan in the LA area. I'm assuming this was actually the line that was written.

Nina being a bad guy reveal in season 1 is still one of the most shocking reveals on television.

My jaw was on the floor when I saw that.

They did good.

Wait, did he really mean it or was he joking? Was there an actual chemistry?

Nah they were both married at the time. Jack Bauer was supposed to whisper something in Nina's ear that made her scared, so Kiefer improvised that line to give the actress a genuine shock reaction.

I think Kiefer briefly dated Reiko Aylesworth (aka Michelle Dessler/Tony's wife) though.
