As with other threads pertaining to discussion of unreleased material: Requests of sharing the audio is not tolerated. Don't ask.

Has anyone else heard the new 30 Seconds to Mars? I know there's a number of fans here who, like me, loved the first one. I'm listening to it now and so far...I'm in love. Leto's scream is so fucking Godly it's not even funny. On track 3 so far...God this CD is so mine the day it hits. This leak isn't even mastered, apparently.

I heard it for the first time at the beginning of the week and hated it, it's been growing on me ever since. I miss the texture they once had though.

I finished listening to it. It starts out hard, but then kinda' dwells into like this state of being in between hard and soft. I was hoping that the entire album be aggressive like the first, but it's definitely not a bad record. I can see people being disappointed with it. I know it'll grow on me. And like you said, Karasu, I was also looking for that thick texture they have like their first record.

I'm very disappointed with it. I'll Attack already had a different sound but it grew on me and I was getting really excited for the CD, but I just can't get into it now that it's here. Especially since I'm spoiled with the absolutely great music of Dark new day, Team Sleep and dredg which all leaked in the last few weeks.

The first time I listened to the record I remember being at the third to last song and it was soft, which I was getting sick of, so I fast forwarded to the next song which was also soft. Then I quickly listened to the last song and it's freaking acoustic!! I like acoustic sometimes, but I don't want that from 30 seconds to mars! And also; only ten tracks, what's up with that? Eleven songs like on most CD's nowadays is already few enough.
