Well I started watching this show on Hulu and marathoned the 1st season in a weekend. It's pretty great. I usually don't watch the "cute girls doing cute things anime" but K-On is pretty funny most of the time. Also just ordered the PS3 game as I have been getting into rhythm games with P4 dancing.

Don't forget to watch the movie after you're done with season 2. The movie is on Hulu too, but in the movies section of the site.

You are good peoples :). Make sure you get to the movie, like Mike said.

On a side note, I want an Indians/Cubs World Series next year. That way, at least one of us will be happy :p.

P.S. I got older again today. One step closer to retirement in another 30 or 40 years!

Yep both those cities deserve it. PS. Sawa-chan-sensei is best girl.
Also yes the Tigers are also a team that needs to win.

I was alive the last time the Tigers won a WS. Not so much for the Indians...even though it should have happened in '97...

Sawa-chan might make a decent runner up after Ui for best girl :p.

I strangely like Baseball more even though most of my country is crazy about Cricket. I don't watch any sport though.

I tried to find an anime hockey gif but it's safe to assume there has never been one. I mean the country has a few professional teams (a small league that consists of teams from China, Worst Korea, Glorious Nippon, Russia).

Also, Google, I know you know my search history you filthy scumbags but when I'm looking for anime hockey gifs don't through in random pics of animes I like and my favorite hockey team. I get you're trying to personalize my search but please, BUG OFF!

So the OP for the 2nd season is not very good compared to the 1st imo.

The autotune or whatever with Yui's voice is very grating and the song is way too busy for my tastes.

IDK if this is a controversial opinion haha.

I don't remember much autotune. Are you watching subtitled or dubbed?

Actually just got the HS and College manga. Still only 4 episodes into Season 2 though. I felt bad for Mio during that school trip. Yui and Ritsu were acting like clowns.

I can confirm that that pick is exactly like it is in the show. Yui starts imagining the music club might be spooky and in the background that creepy girl pops out.
