Don't feel guilty, he's one of the guys at Turner which owns CN. If it was Patrick, who works on the show and has been getting pestered about the DVD for years, I'd say feel guilty.

It's ridiculous that they broadcast the show in HD yet there is currently no way to purchase it that way. I don't even mean a physical release, it's not even available in HD to download which would require like, NO effort on their part.

Also, why is it only available to buy digitally on iTunes and not Amazon? That and the HD downloads are something I'm gonna ask when I hang with the team this Friday.

New episode was a bit underwhelming followed by an old episode :/ otherwise I love this show its the only kids cartoon I can stand to watch with my kids. I've already decided this years Halloween costumes will all be adventure time.

I assume so. They just posted another clip [featuring the Ice King] in animatic form on their tumblr but I don't want to watch it because that's like half the damn episode already, they're going crazy

My brothers weren't that encouraging when I was a kid. Which is probably for the better, since I, unlike Finn, still have all my teeth.

So my friend went to Comic-Con and she won a raffle to meet Pendleton Ward. Then they turned her away because there were too many other winners?

I remember there was a zip of all the title cards from the first two seasons in the last thread, does anyone have a zip of all the ones from the third? Or know where they're posted?

Edit: Remembered that they're all posted on Fred Seibert's flickr page. The first two seasons are zipped up here, have bundled up season 3 into a zip here if anyone wants it!

Haven't had a TV show grab me like this in so long. I'm trying to think... and honestly I guess I'd just put this behind Simpsons as my 2nd favorite TV toon ever.

I think I watched my first ep about 2 weeks ago. I set my DVR to record the series and I've probably seen about 20 or so 11-minute episodes so far. OBSESSED.

That episode was pretty terrible. Easily one of my least liked episodes if not the worst. Didn't find any of it funny except maybe for the Cinnamon Bun/cow bit.

Was underwhelmed with 5 Short Graybles, but the ending was unexpected and very interesting!

No. It's something of a "this idea is terrible. It is so bad. We can never get away with making it" type of thing.

It was a nice episode.

I'm hoping to see an episode more focused on Mushroom Wars too, someday.

But what I'm craving for is an adventure episode. You know... dungeons, monsters, etc.

Awesome episode, can't wait until next week! Finn's stunts at the beginning was a awesome bit. I like when they have those "Finn's just a boy" bits, they're funny but ultimately very disturbing (it makes the show pretty disturbing when you think of Finn as an actual boy, and not some cartoon one.)

I also really liked 5 Short Graybles, I dunno what is up with you guys.

Had lunch with Natasha today and had a really amazing talk about hidden penises in Adventure Time. Also she likes to sneak in characters holding hands in the background, I guess in Too Young she has Peppermint Butler and Chet holding hands? I'll have to watch it again - and now I have something else to keep an eye out for in future episodes hahaha

She specifically has gotten "three" into the show - two were somewhat accidental and caught after-the-fact (The Butt-Ball guy is one of them, she got yelled at for making him a penis when she didn't intend to at all) but one of them, which I'm gonna try to find myself, is full on dicks. She said they might even be jizzing on each other and she was amazed it got through because it was just a shitty little doodle she did off-handedly that nobody noticed (someone actually corrected the text UNDER the penises, but not the penises themselves, somehow) and then when she watched the episode she was like "OH MY GOD"

We also talked about Abrica Daniel, and she said background designers are NOTORIOUS for sticking dicks, boobs and vaginas into places because backgrounds are usually so detailed and on-screen for such little time, that nobody ever notices (such as the Ice King window penis).
