Damn it guys. I don't mind spoilers for the show but I want to avoid movie spoilers. I am conflicted on whether or not to read them :/

The first spoiler is a big one and is tied to one of the movies, I would avoid if you want to stay fresh for any MCU films.

The others are pretty big but not directly tied to a movie...but I would still probably avoid if you don't want to take any chances.

That means the next crossover has the potential to be a real actual crossover, unlike the Thor 2 "crossover".

Now the question (assuming it's all true) is, does The Winter Soldier only lead directly into Age of Ultron, or is there a small hand off to Agents of SHIELD to make the next moves leading directly into AoU?

They've had enough breaks to make the show air several episodes after the release of The Winter Soldier, and assuming s2 airs on a similar schedule, it will be over weeks before Age of Ultron his theaters.

The show is always going to be tangential to the movies. And Feige and others have said pretty often that Winter Solider itself will lay some of the groundwork for Age of Ultron.

Thanks, I guess I will just wait. Cap 2 is only a few weeks away.

What I meant, was that if that rumor is true, and TWS & AoS are 2 chapters to the same story, will TWS be the only one that leads directly into AoU, or will there be a 2nd post credit (like Thor 2) that maybe gives a nod to AoS, so that the audience knows to pick up the TV show for a continuation of the story leading up to AoU.

There will be atleast 3 episodes of AoS after TWS hits theaters (Apr 4th, 2014), and assuming AoS has similar delays and breaks during s2 as it did during s1, season 2 of AoS will end just before AoU hits theaters (May 1st, 2015).

So there will be a whole nother season of AoS running with whatever story Cap2 (& AoS s1) finishes on, but from the Agents of SHIELD perspective. Assuming they lined the show up like this on purpose, there is a lot that could happen in the SHIELD organization inbetween TWS & AoU, so doing a post credit hand off to AoS would make a lot of sense to keep people engaged between now and then, since GotG is 99% on the other side of the galaxy
outside of a rumored flashback to Star Lord origin from earth to space

Those spoilers sound great....until i realize I have to learn all of these things along with Coulson's crew. Big ideas are something the show has lacked, but the biggest problems remain a cast of people I find incredibly boring.

God's had his chance.
Other than
Hand being a HYDRA agent ...
i kind of like those spoilers.

If there was a true and loving god they would use a throw away scene to introduce the world to Bob which would dovetail into a strange after credits scene with Cap and Fury looking at files of possible SHIELD recruits with Deadpools name included next to a big fat "X-REJECTED" note and then Ryan Reynolds would get his leaked script made at a hard R rating and I could die happy.

Oh yah... Deathlok is the shit (so old school hard/dangerous) and Skye is fucking lame. They need to rush this origin shit out the door, get Deathlok on the team and get rolling on some serious story.

Can someone post the "Oh really bitch" picture of Sif from Dark World? Girl has sass...

That's an interesting interpretation of "giving head"
check those teeth at the door girl, this isn't a Bar Mitzvah!!

Whats with the picture of Sif holding up her shield?

Bullets just bounce of Asgardians don't they?

Loki got shot a bunch of times in the Avengers movie and was totally fine.
And that other Asgardian they had on the TV show was able to stop a knife with the palm of his hand.

not to mention the body armor, the only way that picture is explainable is that shes protecting others. but NOPE

The sun is blinding her and she forgot her sunglasses.

Well, Hulk was able to seriously hurt Loki just by slamming him into a concrete floor with sufficient force. And Thor was in real danger from hitting the ground if he didn't escape the falling cage.

So I guess small arms fire is below their "I am in trouble" threshold, but the threshold isn't that high.

Being an experienced warrior I think Sif wouldn't swagger into the face of weapons without raising her shield tho.

Is this the start of the 9 episode arc the producers have been hyping up? It will be interesting to see how much of that was just hype

I think people are harsh on AOS, I enjoy it, but yes, I do prefer Arrow

A lot of the criticism is valid, critics will critique.
but a lot of the comparisons aren't though.

The clip from next weeks episode seemed fine to me. They are moving forward.
These last 9 episodes should be heavily serialized and hopefully tie in deeply with some upcoming events in the movies. Everything is on the up and up for this show, and even though there is still plenty of room for improvement, i enjoy the show for what it is.
