Amiibo Thread 5 | Because we didn't preorder thread 4

So yeah I am having some 1st World Problems. I have issues with symmetry so I am weird-ed out having 3 stands currently and not 4. I also need to have different amounts of figures on the stands due to (28 figures/9 steps=3.1111 per step or 3.22222 when MetaKnight comes home Friday).

Then there is the decision of order. I am currently grouping together series and then moving into more loosely arranged affiliations like swords ha. Some people go by character select screen order but I am not sure.

Any advice? or I welcome your collection strategy. Not sure how we have gone this long with these serious matters!

P.S. My buddy went to the same TRU that I scored Wave 3Bs at yesterday and he said they got a small restock of Lucario and Fox. That seems to be a common occurrence for yesterday and today at TRU according to Reddit and some posts here. So check it out and remember you may need to ask them to check the back and the FedEx orders. A smile goes a long way! and piercing blue eyes even farther:P

I need to order some of those steps/stands. I am using the numbering system from EU to determine the order I have them set up. www.amiibros.co.uk has the numbers.

EDIT: I am from US, by the way, but really like the numbering system.
 
I want to hit up TRU but last Friday when I got Sonic they also took my number and a few others to let us know when certain figures become available but i'm wondering if they forgot about it already.
 
If anyone has an extra Meta Knight pre-ordered, Ill gladly work a trade for either my extra Ike, Rosie, Pit or Flacon!

I'm missing Little Mac. Anyone want to help me find one? He gone all over the world and is going $40+ these days. Only duplicate I have is the May Shulk preorders. Seriously, Nintendo needs to restock Little Mac and other rares but I feel all we're going to get is the card version :(

I was just out at my local TRU and they don't know anything about any Lucario restocks. Second time I've been in asking about that when I've seen people posting about getting them.

Went to Best Buy as well to find out about the situation of Friday, but people didn't really know what they were doing. When I asked about Meta Knight, King DDD, and Ike the guy said that they have a few Meta Knights in the back and he would go get one for me. Heart jumped for a second but another guy stopped him. Apparently they have 9 MKs and 7 are for preorders, and no Ikes or DDDs. The only limit to buying some figures is the "computer only lets you get 3 at a time". I am really not looking forward to Friday.

I wonder why both Shulk and the GC adapters had preorder releases of May 1st. That seems weird to me. Are they placeholder dates of some sort, or is something coming out in May I'm not aware of?

I'm sure the dates are not set in stone. It could be March, April, May, June, July, or even next year. None of these things are set in stone with dates.

Anyone willing to trade Majora's Mask Limited Editions?

Mine has a small rip on the mask cut out area. It really bugs me because I intended to keep it sealed. I bought the Digital Version of the game too.

So if you intend to open yours when it arrives I would love to trade. Kinda a long shot. I'll be willing to pay for the cost of you to ship it to me and obviously will pay to ship mine to you.

Got mine for $28 shipped off eBay from the US seller (who probably bought them in bulk so he'd make a small profit). I suggest looking there before looking at an online store. May be cheaper and definitely faster.

Edit: On an unrelated note. Well I got them at Target while Amiibo hunting but has anyone tried these Birthday Cake M&Ms? So delicious and I am not much into chocolate. Crispy M&Ms made a return which made me excited since they are my favorite but these cake ones are pretty aces as well.

Peach must have the worst sell through rate. At this rate she needs to be in bargain bins or we be seeing shelves full of 2 different Peaches.

Edit: looking at it, it almost as pink as the Barbie toy section lol.
 
Walked into my local TRU and happened to find a Fox just hanging out on the shelf, wish I would have lucked into some of the new wave but not bad
