TRU told me that they expect more Lucarios, but they don't know when.
My local Best Buy is getting 13 Meta Knights. They are only getting enough Ikes, Mega Mans, and Dededes to cover pre-orders. Here are the interesting parts: he said he expects more shipments, and if you call in at store opening on Friday they'll hold for you.

Meanwhile, checked my Best Buy, they had him out on the floor. I picked the two best ones and took them to the register.
Denied. System wouldn't let them sell. Also couldn't preorder in store. They pulled all of them from the shelf.

I went into Toys R Us, and they didn't have any on the shelf. I asked the lady who was working if she knew when they were coming in. She didn't even respond, just gave me a death glare. Bad experience with amiibo buyers maybe?
I went to my car, but at the last minute I thought I'd ask someone else. I got to talking with another employee who also collected amiibos and we were complaining about scalping. He said he'd check the back for me and came back with one!

Most of the boxes were trashed though. I picked out the two best ones.
And yeah, the yellow stickers are worrisome, but I think they come off without damaging the product if you're careful enough.

I was also at Toys R Us, there was a few Shieks there. Didn't pick one up though... I mention this since people seem to have issues with Shiek.

As long as the amiibos themselves are together and not totally wrecked, this wouldn't bother me. You've given me a bit of hope for Friday, which is awesome
$9.99, same discount for Yoshi and DK as well. This deal is at every major retailer too, not just Target.
I assume they're trying to clear stock before the Super Mario line of figures comes out and replaces the Smash ones. Feel like they have to be cheaper than $10 to really clear them out though...

Lol, just came back from TRU after all these posts about finding Lucario. Right when I was done looking at the Amiibos rack, the electronics employee left. So some other lady is walking around the front of the store and comes to me asking if i needed help. I asked and she said whatever is on the rack is it.
Left disappointed but I should have asked someone else.
