Sonic has been delivered, however, my shipment has hit 2 delays due to severe weather. In other news, MetaKnight and DDD are preparing shipment from BB. With these 3, Wave 3 will FINALLY be over.

Never thought target would update inventory that late in the day. Then again, perhaps they're on West Coast time. I just hope they restock every so often like they did with Mega Man, Sonic, and Ike. 3 Dee is getting harder to find then Shulk. |<
I've noticed that the sites tend to update around the same time that most people are standing in line. It happened with Rosalina and just recently the MM LE. It's like a cruel joke when you've been standing in line for two hours and as soon as you get home, you find out it was on their site the whole time.

Dedede's up on Amazon.de it looks like. I just made an order with him, Sonic, and Mega Man, so hopefully everything works out.

None for use in games and none visually on the figures themselves, iirc.
It's one of the reasons i'm glad I just imported a Metaknight instead of dealing with this Best Buy garbage.

I love how they look with th big picture and name of each character. Like a little shrine for each one.
Value wise I want to keep them in perfect condition, box perfect, I check the paint and build quality etc.
Will I ever sell? Likely no. But collecting is all about getting best condition items and keeping them sealed whether it's my rare comic books or game limited editions like The Last of Us Post Pandemic Edition and such.

To you, but complete preservation isn't the mindset of every collector. I collect retro video games and while I have a couple sealed I don't go out and buy them and never open them. I collect them and enjoy them.
I have the same mindset with amiibo. I have 20 so far and I've opened, used, and displayed every one.
To the poster who's question you answered, basically everyone's different and enjoys their collection a different way.
Yeah, I know, that's why I was curious.
Personally, I love the look of Amiibo in their box - but if you've got a complete set opened and on a shelf, IMO they look amazing together out of their boxes! Such colours!

Target had DeDeDe for a short time last night.
If the hangout thing is Max 10 we could use Line messenger app. I don't think that has a maximum.
Haha I JUST suggested LINE. It works really well. I used to use it when I played Marvel War of Heroes.

Oh that. Didn't know we were still on that lol. I was worried I missed wave 4. Pretty sure Rosalina was the only thing I actually wanted from wave 3 so yup.

My one GameStop has a Shulk in stock,apparently. I am aware that this is a preorder, but isn't the hold only 48 hours? I won't push it on the employee, but I will ask about their policy, and if he wants to hold it for the original person still, that's fine, but I will ask to hold it for me if he thinks it's appropriate to sell it now.

I didn't preorder any before now. Not making that mistake with wave 4. I have them all preordered on Amazon UK.
The only way steam will work is if the app gives notifications. Does it do that? I've looked into Kik and some other chat apps but I still suggest LINE. You can link via facebook instead of phone if you'd like and you can get notifications.

Target is very likely not getting Wave 3B in stock, despite there being hooks for those figures. It seems to be online only there.
As far as your best shot on Friday, I'd say GameStop. But bring your brass knuckles to "make sure" you're the first person in line because they might only have one or two Ikes that aren't for preorders.
I was just charged for my Ike preorder, ship to home from Gamestop. Nice, was afraid it would get cancelled. I'll have three now since I jumped on him and got two when he was on Target.com for a few minutes. Haven't heard anything about my ship to store preorders for Mega Man, King Dedede and Sonic.

I keep on reloading the Amiibo thread hoping to catch a "IN STOCK" alert. Walk away for a few seconds and someone else gets a Jackpot while I'm away. But its worked more for me then anything else. Manged to get Mega Man, Sonic and Shulk some how through it.

The fact that Nintendo acknowledged that they didn't handle the earlier waves properly tells me they are going to try to be prepared for wave 4.
