- Europe started the European Revolution while chanting "No amiibos without representation!"
- Select amiibos make their way to people's house (the standard thing that happens everyday)

Got every amiibo from wave 3B!
The woman that helps me so much at TRU even brought them to me in the box they came.
Pretty happy, now I can rest untilapril, yay!
The only thing bad of all this is that my Meta Knight has the shadow paint on his mask pretty fucked up, but beggars can be choosers.
Dedede is freaking amazing, and Shulk has the best anime face since Little Mac.

Seems we have a strong Ohio contingent here. With the way the Amiibo threads are splitting up, we may have to make an Amiibohio thread.
If you're lucky they pass out tickets.
I'm hoping if I don't get Wave 4 preordered, they'll release on a Sunday. Rosalina was easy, no one was even awake at 8 AM. Even the scalper got there later than I did.

I thought I was gonna have to wait until next week for my target order but I totally forgot I ordered a Dedede from TRU. So waves 1-3 are complete.
I have an extra Dedede and Lucario for trades when wave 4 comes. I've managed to do it on my own so far (only wave 3 pre-order I had was Shulk) but it's nice to have a backup.
Man, can't believe I missed the Mega Man stock at Nebraska Furniture Mart. It seems like that little bugger pops up for a minute every time I leave the thread.

Ok, so Wave 1 / 2 / 3 Complete.
Box for Lucario is a little messed up. Looks like someone tried to open the plastic in the corner, but I don't think so. I just think these boxes are poorly made cause they are super easy to open, so could have happened on transit. Ike is messed up caused Toys R Us sucks at shipping. But got one pre-ordered at GameStop, coming this Wednesday
Other than that, every other one is perfect. I have 2 of a bunch for opening purposes. Think I'm definitely gonna open Sonic and Megaman (since those are the other two boxes that TRU screwed up on).
If Lucario ever comes back, I'll grab another. But I'm very happy that the collection is complete in box.......... until wave 4.

Yeah my Ike from BB was cancelled due to an "extended backorder" but they did say to keep my eye out for changes in availability. Good to know it wasn't to just stop me from getting my free one in that B2G1 glitch.

Hmm. Unexpectedly, it seems like King Dedede is going to be harder for me to find than Meta Knight ever was. Getting MK this morning went pretty smoothly, but I can't find Dedede anywhere. GameStop delayed my order to sometime in summer, and I keep missing out on him becoming available.
I've also not seen even a single Ike anywhere. I'm not really trying to get him or anything, but I just found it curious since he seems to be so widespread now based on all the pictures here!

I wish Nintendo would stop giving amiibos functions in games beyond Smash if they wont have stock to find them. Two out of the three Kirby amiibos are fucked, too bad for the new game that came out today kids.
Just make them pure collectibles with collectible stock.

Meta Knight/Ike/DeDeDe all came in from Best Buy today... in a fucking envelope. DDD's plastic is shattered on one side, and there's a piece of paper stuck to his face? It looks like it was there from the factory. Fuck, what can I do about this?

Nothing, retailers don't give a shit about packaging damage. I even got shit for returning a sealed game back with a cracked case. They said the game should still work.

Nabbed Kirby for free today as a result of that Rainbow Curse promotion Toys R Us was running. Decided to do my usual route looking for any signs of DeDeDe or Sonic. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Note that when I say no Wave Three figures, I mean anything other than Bowser. Everyone, and I mean everyone has Bowser. Bowsers as far as the eye can see.
No Wave Three Figures at Target, who normally actually have decent supply around me. They do get points for being the only retailer at all that had a Wave Three 2/20 Advertisement up.
Best Buy was barren as usual, though I always check just in case since that is where, of all places, I found a wild Captain Falcon in Late January.
GameStop was also barren as usual, though they are accepting preorders for the second wave of Shulks for Early May. Snagged me a preorder slip.
Finally, Toys R Us had a lot of Amiibos, as usual, but no Wave Threes. Except Sheik. So if for some odd reason anybody has a Pit, DeDeDe or Sonic to trade and wants Sheik, I guess I'm your guy...

Europe amiibogaf left us. That's probably at least part of it.
Picked up my Meta Knight at Best Buy. No issues picking him up, but the plastic packaging was dented on one corner. I do not care because I open them anyway. Looks really good. I like that they changed him to be closer to the ground. You can't really see the clear stand behind him, which I like.
