Well my GAME order finally arrived... 47 Days later.
I'm worried of opening it.
I am 75% sure that at the very least the backboard is ruined which sucks because I was hoping of keeping this one boxed for display.

Agh, tried registering at Tenso but they demand some sort of identity proof with the address I submitted on it, but since I'm in Costa Rica ideally I'd like to have them ship items to yet another forwarding service which address I obviously don't own.

I'd rather have nothing, that's why I have no Sonic (he was in deplorable, broken condition in the package, like actually broken).
Holy crap. God they suck.
From my personal experience, they will accept returns but will make you pay for the international shipping and since they require a tracking number you'll end up paying $50+ to ship it back to them, which they will NOT refund. Better to take accept the loss and never give them your business again. When I had to return my broken Ganondorf statue that came inside the Wind Waker LE they said to me they'd cover the return shipping but then refused to do so after the fact; I had to make a gaf thread and sort it out through their PR people which still took months. I only ordered a few Amiibo from them recently because they'd only refund me as a gift card, and when they didn't turn up I ordered a few more (which have now arrived). The nightmare is now over.

Every retailer should set this limit. Two at the most.
Well I opened it now after having dinner.
The card is bent and the box is crumpled with a hole in it.
Sigh. So much for using it as a display. I wanted it in pristine condition but I guess I'm not having that.

christ fucking stay away from GAME. Learn from Peagles lesson.
OZ/NZgameshop is better for UK imports in my experience, although I have not ordered amiibo from them before and they tend to favor shipping things in tightly packed parcels rather than boxes.

At least the figure itself is fine. Just sad it doesn't look as good as any display would've been.
Yeah I didn't know about what happened with Peagles before I made that order but I've certainly wised up now and will never go anywhere near them again.
NZGameshop charges above retail for even the basic ones which thankfully I don't need/want. Although if they do manage to get any of the ones I need which isn't available elsewhere I'm sure to hit them up. They usually have lower prices for games as well.
Everyone should just use Kik instead
Kik doesn't have a PC application.
