Mine says March 30th and I don't have PO Box. I ordered the 1st day though (maybe the 3rd time it was up...not sure...I know a missed it a few times and finally got through that night)

I ordered the first day as well, first time it was up as well. I did order 2 of them though.

Have they forgotten what Peach's regular appearance is despite there being a render on the box? Smash Peach has always been more detailed. However face wise (the important part), Mario series Amiibo Peach is much better looking there.

Grabbed a Bowser and a Peachy! Wasn't sure about the detail on these series of amiibos, but so far they're looking nice. Peach & Yoshi are especially looking cute! Wish we were getting a Daisy figure to go along with the other two princesses. :(

So far that makes Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, Peach and Gold Mario I got down for the SMB set. Wish the Smash series was this less stress inducing to keep track of. I have a feeling Rosalina will get there....again.

Also got the delay email on both of my Gold Mario orders. I don't mind really, as long as I actually get them at some point. I'm waiting until May to get Shulk, so April's no biggie.

Same thing happened to me on Ebay before but the product got to me a few weeks after I filed. Since it was international they gave the seller more time. Yeah, found it for a reasonable price back when it first released in Japan. I went ahead and contacted the seller via eBay so I think I may be covered based on what you're telling me. The seller seems to be on the up-and-up, though, has requested my address and I think may be sending a replacement. Whew.
 
No delay email here. Snagged a pre-order yesterday. I don't see how the very first people who pre-ordered would delayed over the later waves but we'll see. I think we'll all end up delayed.

Only got one, and am in IL here.
 
No delay email here for Gold Mario!

Ordered during the second wave when he first went up on Wal Mart's website on day 1.

Shipping remains the same, no emails and such.
 
Here's the big question, then: how many did each of you get in that single order? One or two? I got two, and the order was delayed.

Only got one and wasn't delayed. This was my first successful pre order and I didnt want to risk anything...especially since im sure mario doesnt appear gold in the game so it doesnt matter.
 
Hopefully (maybe not the right word here) Wal-Mart is just notifying people of the delay in the order that they received the orders. It would be pretty fucked up if the first wave were the only ones getting the delay.

I also got my delay email, by the way, and ordered just one.

I ordered 1 in the first preorder wave on 2/26. I got the delay email for it.

From the (obviously anecdotal) evidence I'm reading on reddit, it seems most delay emails went out to the first wave of preorder holders from 2/26 regardless of if they ordered 1 or 2.

Reading the comments on reddit, it doesn't seem to matter as people are reporting ordering one and still getting delayed. Although it does seem like more people are reporting delays that ordered two. That could be because most people ordered two though, and the delays are random.
 
Walmart just emailed me to remind me that I left something in my cart without buying it. :( Well yeah, you wouldn't sell it to me!

I don't even want the gold Mario, I am just caught up in the hype.

It's not though because people are getting delays from different points, 1st wave and 3rd wave seem to be the most reported. I have no clue what Walmart is doing but my guess is that you two are right, that ultimately everybody will get a delay email.
 
I just got the delay email from 3/20 to 4/8. I pre-ordered soon as they went live. No cancelation thankfully.

I just checked the website and it's still showing an arrival date of 3/27 to 3/30.

Huh, yeah, between this and the random cancellations...I don't think Walmart even know what they're doing.

Curious, did you literally just receive it? Or did you just now see it? I'm wondering if they are still sending out delay emails.
 
About to go for a walk. Only fearing Wave 4 doesn't come on Amazon. I have my phone set to text me, so I should be prepared if something wild goes down.

Walmart has been really bad at estimating delivery ship and delivery dates for my other Amiibo orders, including in store pick up, so it's hard to tell what will happen with the gold Marios until the 20th hits.
 
Sure is a slow day compared to yesterday.

Gold Mario, SMB unboxings and restocks of all including toad, Wave 4 with Amazon Germany and UK, all yesterday.

Just another round of Gold Mario cancellations and delays today :(
