It's happening isn't it? As long as I can get Lucina, Robin, and Charizard I'll be happy.
Oh I'll be placing orders at multiple places. Wave 3 was a mess. Some people will be waiting on their dededes from gmestop for a couple more months. It's a good backup retailer.

Stopped by TRU on a whim and they had about 20 Mega Man Amiibo out.
So now I have: Samus, Pikachu, Link, Fox, Villager, Captain Falcon, Pit, Little Mac, Toon Link, and Mega Man.
Also have Toad on Pre Order.
So that does it for my list of currents. Only one I'm missing that I actually want is Rosalina, might wind up importing her, or just settling for the Super Mario series version, should they make one.
For the yet to be released figures, all I want is Ness, Greninja, Mr Game & Watch, ROB, and Duck Hunt Dog. If they make MewTwo, I might end up getting him too, depending on how he looks.
Kinda torn on Sonic and Pac-Man. I feel like since these are probably the nicest figures these characters will get over here I should get the trinity. But looking at the Sonics at TRU I found it kinda hard to care enough.

Nope Amiibo are region free.
Problem is that I wound up with extras last time I ordered at multiple places, and money is a bit tight to be doing that again.

FINALLY got my gold Mario preorder done today! I'm so relieved. Can't wait to stress out trying to get Lucina....ugh.

Then I'm out. Might stop by a TRU to see if they have a Ness but I won't bother otherwise. There are still too many left to have to deal with that nonsense and line waiting.

I always think up Bad Endings for these scenarios.
Ness is exclusive to Hot Topic and only in malls in really bad places will get more than 2 per store. They will be placed on the store shelves about 3 hours after store opening, and only behind the Nintendo section which is made up of 2 overly priced World of Nintendo figures, a Pikachu plush that no one wants and a misplaced Doctor Who sonic screwdriver.

We should do a game on trying to guess how many seconds pre orders of wave 4 are gonna hold up before it appears as sold out or the actual *insert retail name* website servers explode. I'm sure at least a million people will try to preorder at the same time idk. It's scary to think about it.

I know online preorders for Wave 4 are still a no-show, but has anyone had luck preordering in-store? TRU, specifically. I used their "preorder cards" in-store for Wave 3 and had a good experience.

My Mario Party 10 Amiibo bundle from Target just shipped..I already ordered the GOLD Amiibo from Wal-mart today so if it really does end up coming I will just return the bundle to Target and get the standalone game instead, no reason to have two of the same amiibo rather have the gold one

Made my Captain Falcon amiibo a custom box. I used my friends Samus amiibo box as a donor for my Falcon. Used an amiibo box template and remade the official Captain Falcon box as best as I could. Came out pretty good I think. Printed his picture at Wal-Mart. 
And all my amiibos as of now.
Found Sonic at a GameStop today by chance. Didn't actively go to find anything particular.
