I just hope they actually fucking these because I don't want to deal with the hassle, the price is already a bit higher than what I wanted to pay. If I knew they charged first I might not even buy, basically strapped me down on funds a little.

Well I keep hearing conflicting reports. Some people say they charge immediately while others say it's just a hold. Either way the funds are gone for now. Also others are saying they will refund you if they cancel while somebody just said in here store credit.

their website customer support section is a joke. No information on some really important questions like these.

I feel the same way. I never would have ordered if i knew that they charged immediately and that I can't cancel it. AND they only refund store credit?? WTF No wonder they have the fucking pre-orders still up. Seriously could have used this info earlier. Fucking ridiculous.

Seems to indicate it's just a temporary hold if you used a CC. Walmart and BB do the same.

That's strange... I never used YesAsia for preorders, but I've used them more and more in the past ~10 years, and I've had no problem with them (I even used them instead of Play-Asia because I felt it was better at times).

The way I read it since it's off EBay, as long as they don't capture the money now (putting it on hold is fine) it's all good. They just have to ship the product within 1 business day after getting money.

I had the same exact issue with PlayAsia and after an negative attempt to cancel an order with their customer service I made a claim with PayPal and got a full refund within a week.

TRU never did preorders for Mario ones for some reason. Everyone else had them available at some point online and Gamestop was the only retailer you could walk into to preorder I believe.

What do you mean? I have used Paypal to preorder items from GameStop before, and the money is removed from my account when it is shipped. It shows as pending transaction until it is shipped.

Yeah Pit should get you a Lucario pretty easy, honestly Pit is more desirable imo. If you don't care about region you can find Japanese Lucario on Amazon for decent prices.
