Here I was panicking because I would have to fight tooth and nail to the death with people at various retailers tomorrow.

That all works out, then. The SMB line is the only one releasing tomorrow, then, then I have nothing to worry about, it'll just be a race to preordering wave 4 I guess.

Yeah retail considers the SMB line to be wave 4.

Elgiganten has wave 4 and the SMB series up for pre-order on their website. Includes Ness, Robin and Lucina so act FAST!

They also have the MM3D LE XL if anyone still wants this one

They only ship within Scandinavia. Managed to get a backup of the three elusive wave 4s, so hopefully they'll come through for me when Amazon UK inevitably cancels my pre-order

Target, Walmart and GameStop all currently allow you to add Luigi, Peach, Bowser and Yoshi to your cart but Toad is unavailable. Best Buy is the weird one with only Luigi available.

I like to think he will be well supplied but hard to find at first because he is the only amiibo in the SMB line without a Smash version.

This. It seems many orders for Toad are being completed without issue but I wouldn't expect to see too many on a shelf right away. If he becomes [more] common it will probably happen in April. Just like Sheik and Toon Link, Sonic and Mega Man. His special Captain Toad Treasure Tracker feature will only compound this.

I already have two on my way but I know I need to get another one of my best friend's favorite character (his birthday is 4/9).
