Well to put it in perspective, Metaknight and Shulk were both available for preorder for several days straight.

Didn't seem to make a difference. Gold Mario was much harder to get compared to those two.

Edit: Though I agree not worth two exclusives lol.

Shulk and Metaknight were available for preorder for weeks. That was before we didn't know how hard these were going to come by.

Successful haul! Finally managed to find the WoN figures. TRU at Yonge and Eglington has decent stock of a lot of Amiibo - a few Toad's left and a giant WoN Metroid if anyone is interested. No SM Bowser's at all.

Also the new Peach Amiibo looks terrific in person. It's simple look turned out great. So jealous of people getting their hands on gold already.

I got all 5 SMB Amiibos with the 3 for $30 deal at Toys R Us, I just bought a second Luigi and then returned it right after and got $11.30 back. I also got the MP10+Mario bundle from Future Shop as they are giving away $20 off towards a game with it, so I will use that for Bloodborne.

Gold Mario is on his way from Indianapolis, thanks Wal Mart USA! It should arrive on Thursday March 26th.

I haven't heard anything about my Toad ship to store GameStop pre-order. When I check the stock online, they have received all the other Super Mario Amiibos though. I'm pretty confused right now. I was going to use it for trade anyway, so I'm not in THAT big of a hurry. I may even just cancel it altogether.

Not sure how I did it, but I was able to obtain 2 gold mario's. I was at work and called my step mom who lives near the only Walmart in the area that had any in stock. She told me she would swing by if she had some time. I thought that might not happen so I told my friend that is off today that if he could go and pick me up one ... Did my rounds a few hours ago. Toys R Us had like 10 Toads and Walmart had none at any store I went to. The Target I went to had 4, and the Best Buy had 1, but I saw the same guy buy all of them at each. I wouldn't doubt that he went to the TRU after since it is in the same shopping center. Gamestop had 1 but it was preordered. A random assortment of the others all around with TRU seeming to have the most of all of them. Like packed shelves.

Mario Party Bower looks like garbage BTW. Yeah he is bigger then Smash Bowser but the shade of yellow that he is now looks lame as does how his parts are attached together. Right shoulder looks weird as fuck as well.

Anyway, hope you all had good luck. I will now try to sleep not thinking about how fucked up my Gold Mario is going to be, and how mad I am at myself for giving up a spot in a line for another since I knew I had one coming.
