My Rosalina Amiibo got second place in a Amiibo tournament today, won 35 dollars. Which is just going to end up going toward wave 4 Amiibo.
If NoA ever puts them up for preorder

Pretty sure the Nintendo Direct for Korea was on March 19th, unless they're somehow getting another. There have been rumours of a Nintendo Direct for NA (and possibly Europe?) being this week.

Anyways, on to my amiibo thoughts. I can't predict the release dates but I can grasp at straws for availability. It's super easy for me to walk down to my EB Games and get the SMB series right now, but I'm really hoping that crosses over to Wave 4. Even giving a day to preorder is enough, please... ;-;
 
yeah i predict a segment of the NA direct will have pre order info , if anything the next day or following days, whats good about 2015 is there are employees of every store online so they will say when and what will be available for pre order

just a reminder, if pre orders sell out online, you can pre order in store gamestop since they have a select number, but you really need to pre order the first day/days cause once word gets out then it'll be a race

Well, the same talk happens here, but it is less ignored. I read quite a few times "I preordered two gold Mario amiibo, but I'll be at Wal-Mart to see if I can get another one."

Or, "I preordered Mega Man from Amazon, but I bought two from GameStop because I didnt trust Amazon to ship him."
 
Anyone still looking for a Fox who doesn't care about the box?

I have a NA one but the right side of the plastic bubble has a small puncture in it. Other than that it fine. I'm just looking to trade. For something common would be fine since it is "damaged." PM if you want it or have an offer

Well the issue at Reddit was someone posting that Gold Mario won't be worth any rares for a trade (Captain Falcon, Pit etc) and then he was revealed to be a scalper and hoarder.

Pictures of collections he had (6+ Shulks, 5+ Little Macs etc) were found from users and that he wasn't able to get any Gold Marios

So a scalper/ hoarder was purposely trying to get people to not use Gold Mario as trade because he didn't have the inventory himself. Selfish and asshole behaviour.

It then erupted into a huge war with multiple hoarder/scalper threads.

I just kept saying that I don't welcome that level of hoarding/scalping/lying in that community.

Then the dude started taunting everyone and saying he uses a different account to scalp anyways, and so they started to dig to try and find it.

Good times!

Up to the Shulk & King Dedede wave I didn't have any problems getting all amiibo I wanted in germany... It sucks, I didn't ever get to see any Shulk, King Dedede or Meta Knights. Lots of Mega Man and Sonic

Also I have been lucky to get a Toad yesterday, but it wouldn't have mattered if I didn't because I guess the SMB amiibo series is going to be restocked for quite some time.

Anyone know if/when the gold Mario amiibo is going to be released over here?

Ugh I shouldn't have chosen this FedEx Smartpost for my Gold Mario shipment.

FedEx moved my package from Indianapolis to Saint Paul Minnesota in like 10 hours. Then it arrived in Saint Paul late Friday night (5 hours away from the destination) and it is being handed off to USPS who don't do anything over the weekend, so it is sitting there all weekend.

Then it says delivery estimate for Wednesday the 25th.

What the fuck!?! 3 days to get to a place 5 hours away. Fuck.

Do all FedEx options use USPS? I will make sure I never do this again.

I'd love to buy Pit, Falcon, Little Mac, and Lucario from you when that time comes, if possible. Those are the only four (well, and ike) I really want.

I want that sweet Gold Mario to be sold in europe. Technically my collection is 100% because I have all amiibo available here, but knowing that there is one more waiting on the other side of the big pond is slightly frustrating.

I didn't realize USPS had started doing Sunday deliveries for Amazon packages in my area. So I got a nice surprise doorbell ring earlier.



Ordered Shulk for $29.99 (and had $5 something in Amazon credit to knock it down more). Have a Sheik coming as well, should be here Tuesday. Plan on grabbing Zelda, and already have Link and Samus.

That's all I want out of what's out so far (rare or not).
 
Ordered a Toad from Walmart and wasn't the happiest with the paint job. Drove around a bit to see if I could find any that were better and was pretty happy to see that he wasn't the hardest to find.

Toys 'R' Us def had the most amount of Toad to choose from. But, I didn't see any that were that much better than mine, so I didn't bother picking up one today. I figure if the scalpers didn't eat them up on Friday, or Saturday.. and it's here Sunday and I was able to find him, it'll be okay to wait. Hoping to find a nice one maybe next weekend.

I did see a lone Fox at Best Buy.
I was pretty surprised about that. Didn't bother picking him up, though.
