That's not the R.O.B. I know. He deserves the respect in NA for getting the NES into stores and get his own local amiibo.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe people are just getting fed up with all the frustration involved thus far to get these things. And now with this wait for wave 4 preorders the annoyance just grows more. Most likely due to the fact that when the preorders to go up, they will probably be gone in seconds, so unless you happen to be at the right place at the right time to get the announcement, you'll miss out on obtaining amiibos that you really want and as with previous waves you'll probably never get the opportunity to get those amiibos at the intended retail price.
 
Don't know if this is known (or if it's that good of a deal) but Mario, Luigi, and Bowser SSB editions are $9.74 on Amazon.com right now. It's worth noting that Yoshi and Peach SSB editions are out of stock so they may have been included too if this is for all the SSB versions of the Mario Party characters.

so people go through all that to get amiibos, then because of no new news on wave 4 proceed to throw it all away? for what, exactly? to smite nintendo for not releasing them when they want them? regardless once pre orders go up, ill just waltz into gamestop and pre order everything that isnt a store exclusive. gs proved reliable for wave 3, ill stick to that.
 
Took advantage of the Target 25% off amiibo sale and picked up Donkey Kong and new Yoshi. I couldn't find any Kirby and quickly found out that he appears to be out of stock most places in Austin and his price is quickly rising on Amazon. Is he going out of print? I found one at toys r us and they price matched it for me! :)

It's not about smite, it's about realizing they want out. Maybe they've realized they bought in more for Hype than anything...maybe they were just caught up in rare madness...or maybe they're just tired of the stress. The time between wave 3 and 4 has given people a lot of time to think.

No, I've just grown indifferent. My completest mentality is pretty much shot, it has nothing to do with patience. The news of amiibo cards added to it.
 
I get to unleash my Shulk amiibo from his packaging in a few days! I'm trying to keep my amiibo sealed for value until a compatible game that isn't Smash is released. He's gonna look so good. Matching cover plates for my N3DS of course.
 
Got Kirby at Target for $9.50. Has it even confirmed that Yoshi's Wooly World works with amiibo? If so I may get Yoshi since I'm sure he'll unlock something.

I was trying to get Toad but no dice. TRU had a billion.

Is this the most widespread sale of amiibos since they launched? Just wondering if retailers are trying to clear out old stock to make room.

amiibo - The newest wave of amiibo will launch this April. It includes Robin, Lucina, Charizard, Wario, Pac-Man, and Ness. ... You think a Bowser game'd be boring? That seems pretty interesting to me! Plus, I read somewhere that the Smash one might tease multiple characters, even if that title can easily just be referring to Mega Mewtwos X & Y.

The rest admittedly sounds pretty expected/bland, though, like the Amiibo support in Woolly World.

no the bowser one is pretty cool, bonus points if you can even play as bowser jr(if hypothetically this game exist). but besides that, that sounds like a boring direct.... which now that I think about it probably means that its real.

I'm pessimistic.

This reaaaaally sounds fake to me, like something a kid could come up with.

Also, another Mario Game? My money is that the next Mario game is either for handhelds or a Galaxy style succesor.

Have they made a thread about this yet?

Oh, and that Bowser game sounds like a Paper Mario Game, I'LL BE UP FOR THAT AND STOP MY NEGATIVITY IF TRUE.
