Way I see it, it can't hurt at this point to be on Amazon at that time, as it's reasonable for most (even if you sneak on at work, let's be honest it's better than what we've had) and then if not worry about figuring out the next move. I mean, it's TOMORROW.

I disagree. It's hurting people on the retail level, sure, but Nintendo and every retailer with an exclusive are making MAD profits from amiibo, whether or not they're meeting demand.
They still came in for a second round of exclusives. Maybe Best Buy was the only one to say screw it.

I was thinking Microsoft had the worst fans but this amiibo clusterfuck has convinced me that some Nintendo fans are the worst in the gaming community.

I know Nintendo is, but I doubt retailers are making money off of these products. They dont make a whole lot on new games as is, now they are getting even less of a cut. Retailers are going out of their way to not stock the items and retailers going towards an in store online function just to try and phase them out. Their images are taking a huge hit over this mess and it's only going to get worse. Thousands of people cursing their names over something that they probably are making a minimal profit isn't something they look forward to.
That'd be so messed up...that I wouldn't be surprised at this point ._.
