So apparently all this time I've been ignoring Poweramp's queue feature even though it's exactly what I've needing all this time. There's a few settings to play around with but now it works exactly like it did on my old desktop media players. If I add songs to the queue, it will finish the song currently playing in my playlist, then play the songs I put in the queue, then resume playing my playlist afterwards. Poweramp really does have every imaginable feature a music player can have, and it's still my favorite single app for Android.

Yep. I don't blame HTC because att probably paid them enough to make limiting that model financially worthwhile. It's probably a better decision considering high storage models do not typically have high demand.

Warranties don't cover you for accidental damage, just technical and manufacturing faults. If you have a smartphone approaching £500 you should have some sort of insurance, be it part of your home insurance, cover offered by your bank account or specific mobile insurance. Not just for damage, but for theft/loss.
Usually, at least here in Sweden, there's a self risk fee involved as well if it's self wrought.

Ahhh. Not the case here in the UK, but there are rules governing theft and loss like due care. For example if your phone is stolen from your car but it wasn't locked in the glove box, you aren't covered. And of course there is always an excess fee of some kind.

Why make it exclusive to HTC? That's the dumbest thing.
You want to datamine as many people as possible, they are going to have to put it up on the Play store sooner or later.

With the clusterfuck they have with the backstack on the app itself I'm wondering at what shittiness will come out of this. In theory, it's not a terrible idea for facebook (even though they could've started with a couple of widgets for the app before release a full launcher) and my guess is that soon after they're going to releasing their own app store.
Less hardware to trouble shoot. It's probably deeper integration like MIUI/Sense you can not turn off from user end. You would have to reflash it.
