There will be only 7 new bugs in town that aren't available on the island, but 24 "new" town bugs total.
The only bug that disappears at the end of July is the honeybee, so catch one of those in the next 35 days or so.

Thanks man. I noticed the selling price is a mere 300.000 bells, at least in previous games. If that's still the case know I would pay double.
Looks like our villages will be swarmed with expensive bugs like golden stags and such

If you haven't yet, plant any "perfect" fruits the moment you spot them. They're your native fruits in a different color. They're worth twice as much as normal fruits, and even more if you sell them at another town.
While not much worth it, try selling items that are displayed on the board at Re-Tail. Featured items can be sold for twice as much as they originally from.
Be part of the Stalk Market by buying turnips from Joan (Sundays from 9am-noon). Then check on Reese, starting Monday, to see different turnip prices. If it's much higher than what you payed for on Sunday, then take advantage of that. Checking on the Turnip OT here garuntees one to 4 people with incredibly high turnip prices (just now, Cbajd5 has a turnip price of 608 per turnip). It's a high-risk, high reward game that can make or break your bank in less than a week.
Speaking of risks, bees can be sold at 2500 each, and hives are 500 each. But it requires good timing and distance to catch them.
Also figured out how the cataloge works in case we weren't sure yet. Mail comes in at 9am and 5pm. Everything you order before those times (up to 10 obviously) will come in the first moment you'll receive mail.

I get the feeling this station remodel thing happens when you had a certain amount of visitors since he says how it's being used much. With the turnip craze you had a big amount of visitors right? Add all the regular trade visits and what not to that and that might be why you get this project. I travel a lot my self so I hope I can get it too in time

Does Reese change turnip prices during the day? I made one trip and sold 700,000 worth at over 500 per turnip. When I made my second trip, she was only offering 150 per turnip. What is up with that?

Dunno how to get them normally, most of those who currently have them probably bouth them from Reggie's house on SpotPass.
They function as a regular table, so anything that can go on a table can sit "inside" of the case.

Planted a boatload of peach trees, especially along the northwest side between the train station and town square. While chopping down trees, I found my second piece of Modern furniture: the bed. It's currently in the shop getting refurbished. Unlocked the second floor of my museum, which I'm using to store my Nintendo items. Pics will be going up later.
