Well just these basic things like 'I like shells, could you bring me one?". She has a bunch of those questions and when you completed them all she'll give you a watering can.
Not sure if you can miss that by becoming mayor before doing everything she asks though. In that case you'll have to wait for Leif to open up shop. I don't have a spare watering can at the moment, but I'm sure there will be some Gaffer who has so that is another way to get one.

I definitely did all those little things for her. Leif already opened up shop so hopefully he'll have one for sale soon.

Sold turnips finally, check GameFAQs, some guy selling them for almost 7X as much literally 5 minutes after I finish selling mine.

If multiple people are in a town, can they all request a song from K.K.? He opens up in an hour and a half here.
Yeah, and have the roads sound like roads when you walk on them, instead of the usual grass sounds. Plus it could keep villagers from moving in on top of them... Damn Charlise.

Didn't work for me. My gate was closed with not a single person visiting. I talked to K.K. and he began to play a song for me, without taking requests. That's cool, I now have a song to listen to at home. I talk to him again and now I am able to make a request. I do that, he plays the song, yet I am not given anything.
What the shit...
They should make it so that having no shoes produces no wear and doesn't destroy flowers when you run through them.
It would also be nice to decide the placement of incoming villager houses and in time, change the route of the river.

It is assuredly not just the beer friend. This is maybe my... fourth or fifth post in this thread? My play time is over 90 hours and this thread moves so fast that I'm not able to keep up lest I want to sacrifice actual game time!
I'm planning on coming around more frequently though now that I'm starting to settle into the daily groove

I don't like this randomness in New Leaf. Being able to place your house wherever you want is great, but having a villager's house fall from the sky is not fun. At least in previous games they would fall on tutorial signs, so you know where potential houses could be built.
Yeah, and all the animals would not take the most efficient path to Re-tail.

That's false, I played it twice a couple hours ago. Once when I requested it, and when I said I was feeling grumpy, K.K. played it again.
How far into the future was the other guy? I'm thinking that since I was less than 24h into the future I might be okay because I was in a legitimate different timezone.

Yeah when I was looking at Thonky, it didn't have it either. But it should definitely be in the relaxed songs column.
It's been stuck in my head since someone posted the K.K. Slider X Ice Cube song a week or two ago.
