Yes. You can visit in French and Japanese versions too.
The only subtle difference is the language of items and shops. I've visited French once and it was neat. Where are you Kouriozan. What happens in Lazulis stays in Lazulis

It's a shame the game doesn't track all the different countries you get too. I know I've been to the US, UK, Denmark, Italy and Costa Rica.

Lillies and violets only show up on the flower gathering, butterfly catching and I think maybe one of the other bug catching tours.

Title screen is some alt-dimension stuff. One time I saw Lucy fall into a pitfall I set for her on the title screen, cheered, and then found the pitfall intact when I started the game.

Granted I've cut back my playing time over the last few days to protect my hands but I haven't seen one of my villagers in about a week. His house is still there but he hasn't been walking around.
I suppose I'll have to check in and make sure he's not sick before I start sweeping the river for my wayward gorilla.
