Can I ask... how much worth of turnips do you guys usually buy/sell?

I started at 4k, then 40k, and then 100k this week.

I realize I'm still an amateur; I see the pros selling 1 million worth of turnips. Is this a usual number here in this thread?

Depends on my own town. I went big because I was speculating a huge spike for my own town this week. As un-luck would have it, it was a complete bust. A 'lot' for me was only 8k turnips (720k bells). I like to have some space in my lockers for other items and don't want to spread them in my museum or in my town. So this would probably be the most I ever buy 8-10k.

Anyway, I will probably go big next week because I am still speculating a large spike for me coming up. The past 4 weeks have all been downward trend or random, so I am due for a spike of some sort.
