My current phone is a Xiaomi I was just saying go with An iPhone over the fold 5 because it's the worst foldable out there.

Always like the Xperia, the pixels are ok I guess. Replaced mine with an iPhone and could never go back though, it was like going from a Honda civic to an accord. The civic does the job fine, but the accord just does everything better. Both are nice a reliable though, just the pixel is for filthy poor people that have no taste (last bit is a joke to be clear).

On iOS 17 is there a way to reorder the items under the “+” when texting? The image search is on the second page but I use it all the time to message people over their stuff. Any ideas?

You can rearrange the order by holding down on the item, then drag it all the way to the top of the list to move it to the first page.

I have a feeling there would be lawsuits by groups claiming that Apple and co are lying about battery life and demand that 20% be given back. People tend to be stupid and half the nation doesn't even know what an electron is.

I would say this is less corporate greed and simply knowing how stupid the average person is.

I guess it’s also to have a somewhat steady range throughout a period of time as that buffer is slowly reduced compensating for loss in battery capacity.

Would lead to less e waste if a phone actually had the same amount of perceived battery capacity for let’s say five years.

More specifically, how do we deal with plugging all of our phones in the car when his phone is USBC and ours are Thunderbolt?
Just gonna have to buy an extra USB C to USB A and keep swapping back to the old Thunderbolt?

You need a USB-A to USB-C cable, which is great news as it will cut down on the number of cables you need, after you buy all new ones to replace the old ones.

Same here. I love the animated screen saver to static desktop transition more than is reasonable.

After a lot of indecision I returned my 128 Pro Blue for the 256 Pro Max Blue. First time with the PM, hope I can get used to the size difference.

Oof, the little indent above the front camera where the speaker is is a dust magnet. And because it's to tiny it's hard to clean.

Also really have to get used to the more rounded edges. Coming off a 12 which was very angular, it provided great grip. Now half the time I take it out of my pocked I'm worried I'll drop it because it slips out of my fingers.
