Podriamos usar Skype para aprender/enseñar español, una vez ayude a un amigo de aca del foro para un test que iba a tener, terminamos hablando como 2 horas hahaha.

Hablando un poco de acentos puedo decir que los acentos mas pronunciados para mi son los de Venezuela, Chile, Mexico y Puerto Rico, considero que puedo saber de que pais son al escucharlos hablar.

I don't think its any hard for spaniards and latin americans to understand each other but THEN there's andalusians like me, which basically no one but other andalusians understand. But we also fake and speak like heirs to the throne when needed though. Casually, its a nightmare for everyone else.

Loco, me vivo sorprendiendo de como la mayoria de los norteamericanos no saben un carajo de español. Es rarisimo, yo me sentiria horrible sabiendo un idioma solo. Teniendo en cuenta que es uno de los idiomas mas hablados tendria que ser mandatorio saberlo

Igual seguramente estoy solo siendo uno de los pocos con acento del rio de la plata, jeje, y lo otro que odio del español es el uso de tildes, aunque se daran cuenta que directamente ni los uso, a esta altura ya me olvide.. lol

Al menos acá en Chile la enseñanza del inglés es pésima, a menos que sea en un colegio inglés (británico o americano); las escuelas públicas con suerte enseñan a saludar/despedirse/días de la semana/calendarios y eso sería. En todo caso es un síntoma más de lo mala que es la educación en mi país...

That's funny because I sometimes have trouble with Spanish movies. Something about that accent makes it somewhat difficult to understand at times. I usually end up putting subtitles. I remember having trouble with Pan's Labyrinth and Volver, but some other movies I'm fine with like The Orphanage and Vicky Christina Barcelona (the Spanish speaking parts).

Something about that accent makes it somewhat difficult to understand at times.

I have taken one year of Spanish (year 2 next year), and I find listening the hardest. Speaking goes easy for me and so does the writing. I guess it's just the accent or something.

Aca en Uruguay casi todo el mundo sabe lo basico..

Supongo que la "culpa" esta en el entretenimiento que consumimos, yo personalmente nunca fui a aprender ingles y sin embargo lo manejo tanto como el español. Peliculas, musica, juegos, etc

Supongo que no se puede decir lo mismo con medios en Español en Estados Unidos..
