Green Arrow was my favourite US comic for years. And I really like Arrow. But for the JL film, need someone a bit lighter. Ollie doesn't act as serious as Amell makes him out to be.

And they need to bring his beard back. It's where his power (with the ladies) lies.

Started watching Season 1 on Netflix yesterday, already up to 12 (Vertigo)

It's so much better than I ever expected. The action sequences are really really impressive, the island story is very intriguing, Amell is excellent as Queen. The show is a huge step up from the usual CW shows.
