August Wrasslin' |OT| Make a.. make a good...uh...a good wrestling thread

That Smackdown 6 women fight was pretty good actually. Naomi and Becky both great, and even Nikki showing how far she has come. Impressive!
I find it funny how it was after Ambrose vs Ziggler and likely was intended as the rest break for the audience when it had the crowd arguably more alive than their match.

Rip in peace demon Kane

If u fuck around and get injured at the start of your push, you're finished in the eyes of Vince McMahon.

Damn that sucks. He must be getting surgery.
Might be the fastest rags to riches to rags story in WWE history.
Wrestled twice after getting elevated to the main brand.
Doesn't wrestle again for 4 weeks.
Wins the world title in his first pay-per-view match.
Relinquishes the title due to injury before RAW the next night.
Now on the shelf and getting surgery after toting the new ugly belt around for PR today.

He invested too much into being Bulletproof with Balor Club.

Should have stocked points in Injuryproof. :(

Maybe the belt is cursed? It's so ugly that anyone who holds it loses power?

Reigns knew Finn was injured and purposefully didn't win the U.S. Championship so he could be the Universal champ instead! Tremendous booking!

Legit shocked
Looks like he will be out of TV for a few months

And Seth will become the biggest name of the company, killing all the other wrestlers on the roster

Some more news. From John Pollock on how they will set it up for a new champion:

The LAW was told that a series of matches are expected to take place on tonight’s show to set up a match for the vacant title.

Plus more on his injury from ESPN:

Tough news for Finn Balor. It looks like torn labrum diagnosis was confirmed and he'll be on the shelf for 2-3 months.

So he can be back in Nov to December.
