You mean the guy that couldn't talk, but has three years of experience in the WWE main event scene is better on the mic than the guy that was only just called up from NXT?

He's been on a short leash since signing for WWE. WWE are going to ride on Finn's face appeal for a long time and even when he does turn heel he won't be allowed to be as natural and free flowing as he was in Bullet Club.

I actually thought Finn was decent on Monday. It wasn't perfect but it seemed natural.

He's gotten much better as a worker these past few months, the only problem was that he's a terrible promo, he had the stale Cenaesque "overcome impossible odds" gimmick and didn't look at all as menacing as they booked him.

I think all those issues have been adressed since he came back from his suspension, I'm not saying he's amazing, but at least now I can stomach him and I think it can only get better from here. What can I say, I'm an optimist.

My one biggest lingering issue with Reigns (aside from his gear/music) is his overuse of the Superman Punch.

It's really not that cool of a move anymore. It was cool the first couple times he did it, but it seems like a joke that people have to sell it like they did Hogan's leg drop.

I feel similar to the dreadful rebound Ambrose clothesline/the thing where he spins on the apron. Aside from the thing where he hangs out the ring to give it an edge, it's just a bad-looking clothesline. It's one of the worst moves ever for me.

It's cool when he does it like a super counter like he did to AJ a few times but it just looks silly when he does like 5 times in a match. The Splash Mountain he does now looks way better as a general finisher.

The thing is that he never beats anyone with the Superman Punch. It's a move that is designed to get a pop from the crowd, but when the crowd isn't cheering you anyway you don't have to keep doing it all the time.

We're going to need to have a Sonic cycle gif for Roman soon the way we did for Kofi back before he escaped from limbo and was reborn as part of The New Day until his retirement.

He never beats them with it but they are required to drop to the ground as if they were finished. I don't have a problem with that if he actually gets some airtime with the move and makes it look like it connects but these days he just does it with a little hop and it looks about as effective as Ambrose striking.

There are still some awkward silences from him but I think Daniel Bryan is so good on commentary now he's utterly wasted as a GM.

Watching the CWC at work and man, what a main event. I liked both those guys from NXT anyway, but I didn't realise they were that good. Thought they were just using them as the main event as they were the most known to the audience, but man, that was fantastic.

Dude had an entertaining tag run with The Big Show of all people.

I'm still partial to his run with Blue Dot where they feuded over Trish Stratus.

That Air Raid Crash on the apron and powerbomb lungblower were absolutely vicious. I liked both of them already but they definitely moved up in my personal rankings.

I'm happy the Gargano vs Ciampa match is as good as I remember it. So much emotion in it and I didn't think the two were as talented as they showed last night. The tournament has delivered so far and round two has some great matches.

Is Aliyah in NXT the woman from breaking ground who was having trouble coming up with a gimmick? I remember watching one episode where someone who looked like her was trying to do this belly dancer thing and she just wasn't selling it at all.

Was a testing the waters on both sides like that James Storm gig, But Big Davey M says he's in as of the end of June, so he'll probably re-appear at some point.

EDIT: Love this Rooooo promo. Starting off as a pandering face before turning on a dime.

This has been absolutely hysterical to watch play out. I have no idea why people get so invested in things to the point of complete disdain and disgust. I understand personalities are the new thing for gaming and reviews, but holy christ that thread is acting like GB stole their money for the last two years.
