I seriously adore listening to DBry on commentary get passionate and worked up, especially considering he's still new to the gig. Compare him and Otunga. DB is already the second best colour guy behind Graves, think he'll have it totally nailed by the finals and be ready for next year.

So Paige's shoulder is injured.

Also, has anyone read this?

You should check out these matches, orioto.

I saw at least all the WM but i can't remember that precisely the moves :p

That's acceptable I guess everyone has their own preference on all of these things.

The Sydal pin, I remember now, he's so fucking light, I could kick out of that with my weak ass leg!

Yeahhh but you know what i mean, it's special. If it was a videogame it would need a special input, and using the speicla jauge, so it can finish a match! It's not just a quick roll up, cause they are basically "i drop you on your ass and you wait 1, 2, 3. he actually makes something to put you in a certain position, there is some kind of set up.

tell her you feel a little sick, but book another date right away

makes you seem somewhat human and caring + she sees that you really want to see her. Then roll her up

She already knows I'm sick (she's the one who actually said "your symptoms sound like strep"). We've got date #4 on standby.

I feel your pain Strep troat is the worst.

Believe it or not I've actually managed to go 30 years w/out getting it.

You don't want any with Matt. Matt is more powerful than you know. Already threw a curse of the seven deities on Bray and look what happened to him. Why do you think Edge retired?

That video is so sad, Simmons should have been WWF champion.

It's funny because he was pretty conclusively not ready for that spot when he got it and drew poor.

But it was clear that leader of the NoD Farooq could have been WHC (especially considering Taker had the belt). Sadly, a guy called Austin and another guy called The Rock came along.

Rock was in the midcard feuding with the IC strap and Austin was feuding with the Hart Foundation when Taker had the belt and Farooq could have had it (until SummerSlam, for instance).

I mean I think Broken Matt is a fun idea for a gimmick and on twitter, AMAs etc, he comes across well, but his and Jeff's acting skills are still terrible and it's only like watching a poorly made movie. Which I like to do sometimes, but nah, it isn't actually good or anything.

I just hope people appreciate what he's doing that is garering attention. His character is driving the narrative rather than being boxed in a narrative being executed to further the agenda.

A few of us were discussing this the other day on why creative is failing WWE. Their formula is : here's our corporate agenda, here's the storyline to further that agenda under the guise of sports entertainment, here are the players we are going to give spots to to drive that story. The characters, in of themselves, are a one dimensional means to an end.

Whereas, by contrast, Broken Matt ties all these elements in harmony and is driving this character forward. So the character drives the narrative which in turn yields positive results (new viewers in this case) to the program. The latter being incidental to waht Matt is doing.

Now, whether people relate or find Broken Matt amusing is an entirely different story.

I think this is similar but the Broken Matt character is 24x7 for him. I think a lot of what makes wrestling hard for people to get invested in now with storylines is when you see a social media post with supposed rivals hanging out.

If you see wrestling as a TV show (which it is, sorry WWE, you're not a sport) it's not a problem. I love seeing wrestlers outside the ring having a good time together even if their characters are foes in the ring.

I've been preaching this for 5 months now. That group had so, too much heat, and the leader couldn't even get the belt.

Well then it speaks more to the issue of evolving with current trends. I know it's insane to expect wrestlers to stay 100% true in this day of social, but then adjust the product. It's kind of hard to get invested in story lines with legitimate friends insulting each others success and careers. That's what made the Ciampa/Gargano so good b/c it didn't hinder so much on "you're worthelss and don't deserve this" storylines.

God, I hate that I'm going to say this but maybe WWE needs to go more MMA in their approach to matches.

I told you all that Gallagher was the man to watch. But nobody listens to ol' Menome.

Rich Swann finally made me sit up and take notice of him this week. That new theme was on fire too, along with Bobby Roode's glamtastic affair. Overall, it's been a good, strong week. Long may it continue.

You could still see the heels chilling together and the faces together and it would just add something. Imagine a show with Jericho and Owen together on one side and New Day and Enzo and Cass on another, still entertaining but commits to what we are seeing on the main shows more

Just when Bray got 10% interesting.

Hopefully it's just a couple of weeks and he can participate in Summerslam.

Although, the guy is young. It's getting to the point where look, take a couple months or even a year or two out and maybe come back with a refreshed gimmick.

It does look like Dolph's aggression gimmick was a factor in this ankle twist.

They never listen to us until we steal their significant others and drain their bank accounts. They'll learn though.

I like the strategy from Dolph. Injure everyone on your way to the top. That way there's no way they can shove you back down into the midcard.

Bray's a soft target too. He's basically at the doorstep of fans blaming him for his own injuries.
