I was near Ebgames last night and said fuck it. So far I've played it for a good 3 hours and still enjoy it immensely. I think die had PAZ dragon players find the Mario part underwhelming, but I'm having a great time with it.
Going to ebgames also made me remember why I don't like going to ebgames, I don't need to be reminded about all the upcoming releases that I pre-order

oh, I understand why people like it more. It's got the best action of any film, great art direction, camerawork, editing and direction from Miller.
It's also pretty mindless when it comes to plot and characters and I'm pinging it for that. Action films that are just action are things that I get bored with pretty quickly. To its credit, I didn't zone out during the action like I have for some films. Acting is spotty which some great Aussie characters in small parts and some wooden mannequins doing poor acting in bikinis but at least managed better Aussie accents than the star. Charlize Theron might have attempted to lose the american accent but otherwise she was great.
Would I see a sequel? Yes. Would I watch this again? Probably not. For me, it's 2015's Pacific Rim.
So I guess next up is Tomorrowland (San Andreas opens same day but no interest in that). Looking forward to going into that one blind.

670 should run it, 960 is a only a bit better and runs it on "high" settings at a targeted framerate of 40fps based on those nvidia ge force experience things that came out.

Only when you're on horseback. Just be careful on downshifts, because if you don't match spur inputs you can blow the horse's heart.
I know this is going to go completely sideways once the Rift consumer hits along with the Vive and shit, but hopefully the 970 affords me enough rendering ability to be able to handle some VR games for a while. Because not having 75+FPS is killer for that stuff.

I'd probably bite but I would prefer not to have to download a (if the trend remains the same) a 60gig game. Plus I've been looking for a reason to use a JB Giftcard I have from Christmas. But sub-$30 dollareedoos is insane. Even if you go the stupid season pass (ugh, I really hate those things) as well it would end up less than a console version.
I don't suppose they've mentioned how big the game will end up being, have they?
