there were quick time events in cod4? I don't remember. As much as i hated (yes, hated) all ghillied up and the rescue heli pilot missions, they are what still sticks out to me about the game. I think cod4 really put the player in your soldier's shoes by giving even a limited amount of freedom of movement to the player during cutscenes. It sure made the

EA is extremely strange when it comes to Steam. MoH, Deathspank, and Shank are actively marketed on there. FIFA Manager is there but FIFA is not. Spore is there but the Sims is not. NFS: Shift is on there, but Hot Pursuit is not. Every missing game is available on D2D which itself has a large market share.

Yeah, this is what makes no sense. EA obviously wants to promote their own (shit) store because then they will get 100% of the money. But in the same breath make games available on D2D, GamersGate and Impulse but not on Steam. Fucking EA.

For the import, I'd say Amazon is a good price (US$64) , but they don't seem to be offering me the same shipping options that they were when I ordered mine any more, so it might only be worth it if you have a friend who can ship it to you. It seems the cheapest shipping at the moment is $20.

It also seems ozgameshop has the UK standard version for AU$40 shipped.

I didn't say my suggestion was a good reason. But the software is probably only designed mainly to work with American accents. Which do vary a lot anyway.

So I finally got around to playing The Conduit, and it's not that bad of a game. Loving the controls but because of my wrist injury a couple of years ago it means that I can't play for extended periods

HVS has an impressive engine going, but it's a shame it's wasted on an endless stream of dark corridors (so far). It's certainly got me wanting to buy more Wii FPS games, so Red Steel 2, Goldeneye and Conduit 2 are now on my radar.

Hoping to finish it tonight or tomorrow and get started on No More Heroes 2 before I FINALLY play Super Mario Galaxy 2
