I'd be interested in seeing your take on the Rimmer Munchkin, Gaz. If you're willing, here's the Rimmer Munchkin Song which is where he originates from, so you don't have to work off the Scribbletar one. Be warned, the song is perhaps worse than Friday, but it is one of my favourite Dwarf moments of all.

Oh, and FINALLY finished Red Faction: Guerrilla. I can now say that I've finished a game and thoroughly enjoyed the fuck out of it. Difficulty is way out of whack and does need to be dialled down to 'casual' (seriously, WTF) but it was a great experience. <3 my Space Asshole. I can now also spell "guerrilla" without having spell checkers go apeshit for missing out on an 'r' or two.

I'm still seeing everyone's old avatars, did I miss something?

Have you perhaps got your "Show Avatars" option switched off in your User CP options? Doing this doesn't actually switch off avatars, what it does is just force you to see the external avatars instead of internal ones.

I've been using it for a long time as I had a desire to not see the modded avatars (which were the only way to have an internal one previously) as it made my job in the avatar fix-up thread easier. Now it provides me the benefit of not having a bizarre mix of avatar widths on every page, which is way more distracting to me than a little animation.

Thanks heaps for the pic Gaz. I'll be rocking the animated one up until they force us to remove them, though.

I think I might go without the Wii (exactly where was that cable plugged in???), but both of them now look like they have crossed out dead eyes, unfortunately. Would you like to take another go at the eyes with a little less detail or bigger? The nose could use a thicker line too, I guess.

Edit 3: In case you are updating the eyes, I thought I might add one more request. Given you are sneaking the GAF logo into the other ones, perhaps you could use it as Rimmer's badge...

OK, news seems to confirm my suspicion over the reports here yesterday. Hanson has NOT won a seat in the NSW Legislative Council yet. There is a good chance she will get in, but there is no way to know for sure until they get those final absentee ballots in and push the count button to distribute the preferences. It could really go either way.

Results will be announced at noon AEDT.

Work is taking up a lot of my time and my spare time is being taken up by organising buying a house. we're under contract and I'm now trying to organise what needs to be done in a fairly condensed time frame. We lose a week due to the Easter holidays. I'm finding the process far more stressful than I though I would and feel that I should be. My sleep has turned to shit and I'm constantly tired.

I haven't played games in almost two weeks. Sad panda.

The best thing i ever had happen to me was have the settlement of my unit done over 2 months instead of the normal 2 weeks or 1 month. SO much less stress.

Speaking of backlogs.
Play-Asia sent me a notice informing me LoH was on its way. Then it occurred to me i don't actually know where my PSP is. Spent 2 hours figuring out a mate had it as well as like 12 PS3 games. Of which 3 or 4 are "new" to me as i haven't had a chance to even put the disk in yet.

Had totally forgotten about them as i left them with him like 5 months ago when i was on a holiday and moving around the country. Long story short i realized i have a lot sitting there i need to play. Might try and tackle it easter public holidays.
