I have a desk job and should probably keep it nice and neat since I wear a suit and all. At the same time my managers are cool and don't care so while the stress is high and the month gets long I tend to forget to shave.

Also our main manager is spending half the week in another region from next week onwards because we seem to be the only office capable of running a damn business so I would like to be in pristine condition in case a job further up the chain can be wrangled.

Also I owe it to my fiancée to let her see some skin every now and then.

Anyway, I spent the rest of the evening playing Sin and Punishment 2. I'm going to echo comments from James Mielke's column in Games TM this month. Treasure were doing indie games before the term indie was even coined. Anyone who thinks japanese games are shit (fucking fish/inafune/kojima/ign arsehats) needs to play this game now. I'll take credit. Criminally unappreciated because of its megatexture system and the lack of story. Gunplay is still top of the class and that shotgun. THAT SHOTGUN, NNNNFFFFFFFF. So meaty and sexual to fire. Also the animations look delicious. And wingsticks. WINGSTICKS ARE SO MUCH FUN. Also walking spider turrets are soooo cute and super effective!
