We have confirmed that it appears another console has made purchases totalling $ 66.30 AUD on your account however as per our Sony Entertainment Network Terms of Service we are not liable for any unauthorised activity on customer's Sony Entertainment Network accounts so the transactions will not be refunded.
We will investigate this further and take any appropriate action against the console which performed these transactions however we will be unable to share details of this with you.
The billing details have already been removed from the account. Please change your account password to resecure the account if you have not already done so.
