PsychoRaven said:Damn good episode but that puzzle in docs lab was a nightmare however. They really could have set it up better so that you didn't have to spend forever trying to figure out what to do or how some of the stuff works. I couldn't figure out how the slide tester thing was supposed to work for awhile. The end was also very predictable due to the way doc was acting each time you talked to him. Not a bad 3 and a half hours though.
I do worry about episode 5 though. There are still a ton of loose ends to tie up. The episode is going to have to be one long ass episode.

Yep, I actually cringed when I saw the your/you're mistake. Just thinking about it is making me cringe again. C'mon Telltale.Cheesemeister said:Found a couple lines of text that weren't copy-edited:
"Lets convince Edna your a criminal." should be, "Let's convince Edna you're a criminal."

...what the hell did that spoil? That the DeLorean appears?Gui_PT said:Thanks for spoiling me with that screenshot!
Seriously now, just post a link to the image, not the image itself

Thanks, good to know I'm not the only one here. I mean, you can't make out anything in that picture. No important characters, no puzzles, no plot spoilers. Maybe the time period if you've got good eyes, but that's revealed by the episode description before starting the game (not to mention the storyline of "Citizen Brown") anyway.PsychoRaven said:I know man. sadly some people are so uptight that they'll call anything a spoiler. Not kidding but on Telltale's forum someone actually said we were spoiling the game by saying the episode ends on a cliffhanger. I mean seriously too. Keep in mind that every episode ends in a cliffhanger.
Theres time travel, bam, game spoilered.Gui_PT said:I like to jump into a game and know nothing about it.
Seeing pictures of scenarios of the game that shows me where i'm going to be and WHEN kinda ruins that.
Forgive me that you're too ignorant not to understand a way of thinking different than your own.

Edna is hot
Yeah, that is the final part.
GhaleonQ said:Just saying. I could possibly understand complaining about non-spoilers if you were intimately involved with screenshot posting or debating plot points, but you (presumably) are just reading discussions about the game without having played it. Why? That's like watching post-release YouTube videos.
Gui_PT said:That's the problem with presumptions, they tend to be wrong.
Edit: You know what? It's a matter of respect that you obviously don't have for others and don't even try to have, so

First, you can't have any idea about what is going on in that picture if you haven't played the episode. Second, if you consider such images "spoilers", then you'd better stay off message boards. Because it seems you're just coming here for absolutely nondescript comments about the episode not to "spoil" your experience.Gui_PT said:Edit: You know what? I've tried the fish tank valve and generator several times, but I can't find anything else to give a negative reaction. Further, when I advance each slide, he'll flicker to yellow, smell the bacteria, and go back to red. However I can only get "Layabout" for his card. What am I supposed to do to get this to work? >_<
kiryogi said:You need to give reactions to each picture accordingly. IE Green for Wilkes Booth, and Red for Edna

KittenMaster said:That puzzle sucked, because it's not exactly clear how the mechanics of it work, there are many animations to sit through, and it's easy to screw up.
Whenever you click "next slide", whatever bulb is lit on on doc's hat will register.
So every time you click "next time", you need to fix the environment to get the colored light you want for that picture.
To prevent the puzzle from being screwed up and making you start over:
1) You cannot press the "test" button.
2) You cannot talk to Doc during the puzzle.
3) Do not use the Radio on any slides before the last, as it'll prevent you from getting unhappy.
Zhengi said:If you go to the far right table, past the stew pot, there's an electrical generator. If you turn the generator, it sparks an electrical shock that will shock both you and Brown. That will give you an negative reaction. Alternatively, if you go back to the tech fair and talk to Cueball, the guy next to the truck, you'll find out that he has been eating algae cakes. If you give some of those algae cakes, Doc will also give out a negative reaction.
