I watched all the available episodes in one sitting. I'm 100% totally in love this show. :D

A slick version of an 80s action flick/comic book is a perfect descriptor for this show. And the opening sequence? So awesome. (Is there anyone/anywhere that is keeping track of all the pictures?)

My only thing I feel that is missing is a bit more gay action, specially some that is not the result of sexual assault. But the latest episode seemed to hint that the mayor is gay, and I also get vibes from Burton. (My favorite character. Hot bow tie guy <3)

And something that is shocking for me, I'm interested in practically every character on the show. The only one I'm still "eh" on is Rabbit. (I love his bodyguard though, despite the neck tattoo.)

This has been a damn good show. I still can't quite figure out wtf "Hood" is still in Banshee.

This episode took a turn that I didn't particularly care for. Man that guy is pussy whipped (which I suppose may answer my first query).

It will be fascinating to see how they keep this show going. Hopefully it isn't too absurd. It really does seem like a mini-series setup.

of course not, i just feel the nudity is too much
maybe i'm just not used to watching tv shows where there's nudity in every episode
i'm totally ok with the violence though, they're a lot more entertaining than the nude parts imo

are you at least aware that you represents everything that is wrong with america?

God damn that ending was brutal. Hood has zero self control when it comes to this chick. I wonder how long until Ava actually admits that its his daughter.

why admit ? he know it's his daughter and she knows he knows. everyone including the viewers know. what would be the point of doing a scene for that?

will totally Facebook friend you! *giggle* *LOL*
how is really picking up, that chase scene was PHENOMENAL by any standard. The cinematography went up a whole level above anything else the show has done there. Bravo.

Personally, I'm ready for rabbit to come to town. Having to team up with Kai to take rabbit down is gonna be sweet stuff.

Would make for some good dialogue. Im sure he has something to say about how his daughter is being raised and is living her life.

Finally got a chance to watch the episode from Friday, and it was another good one. If you had given me a plot summary before I watched it, I might have rolled my eyes at the high school hostage plot, but they executed everything very well and it turned out great. Very nice camera work filming the chase scene, and there was a ton of tension throughout the episode. I can't wait for Rabbit to roll into town. Job was once again hilarious in his short appearances.

Seriously? The camera was shaking so much that I actually had to turn away and stop watching. It was absolutely nauseating on a level no film or tv show has ever been for me. Plus there were moments when I just couldn't tell what the fuck was even going on.

The only time it went overboard with the shaky cam was the follow shot while they were jumping the fence. The entire long take from the store, to the street, to the alley where the camera ends up inside the car was fantastic. And the "pop" of the handguns was some of the best I've heard on any TV show.

New episode tonight!
We Shall Live Forever

Carrie urges Lucas to let go of the past, even as an increasingly suspicious Gordon is hell-bent on uncovering hers. Cast out of her Amish home, Rebecca turns to Proctor to give her a new start in Banshee. A surprise visit from Rabbit's lieutenant, Olek, a.k.a. Widow's Peak, brings back a flood of memories for Carrie. As his family keeps vigil for the ailing Benjamin Longshadow, Alex gets a surprise visit from his sister Nola.

This show just keeps getting better and better. I remember back in episode 3 (huge brawl w/ MMA fighter) thinking to myself "how could they possibly top this?" and they somehow continue to do so each week.

My only complaint is that Sugar and Job haven't been getting all that much screen time lately.

Christ, what an episode. I feel really sorry for Ana's family at this point, but damn, what a stellar upward swing.

Best new show on TV, cannot rate it highly enough.

A little short on the progression.... what an episode. Like the poster before you can't watch this one with out knowing the previous episodes. Good all around in my opinion.

Kinda bent out of shape knowing there's only two more left.

People, watch this show!

The entire episode was basically just one long fight scene sprinkled in with some dashes of Amish. Awesome.

Odette! I like her, but it bugs me that they didn't cast a Native American actress for the role. She looked cool, but she's very obviously not a Native American. It annoying that all the other Native American characters are played by Native American actors, except for the two leads: Annable and Anthony Ruivivar (Alex Longshadow).

My only complaint is that Sugar and Job haven't been getting all that much screen time lately.

Yeah. :/ Hopefully after seeing the fan reaction to those characters, the writers will increase their screen time in season 2.

God, what an awesome episode. The fight was so damn brutal. Loved Kai confronting the amish too. Definitely the best new show in quite some time.

Also..are we talking bets on how long it will take for Hood to score the chief's daughter? :D

fucking hell

that right there was a long ass 80s action movie fight scene with modern Bond/Bourne direction and choreography. It's like they're taking these two completely different flavors I love and combining them into the most ridiculous delicious action packed oreo.

and I think Malick directed parts of this episode

Rebecca has one of the nicest builds I've ever seen. She's a stunner in a show that's already filled to the brim with hot women.
Dat Amish pierced belly (guffaw)

And Proctor's little helper is such a creep. Thinking about it, there are so many awesome secondary characters in this show that deserve some attention.

I don't think I've ever been as infatuated by a woman on screen as I have been with Ivana Milisevic is this, especially this episode. That fight was on They Live levels.

Rebecca is very good looking, maybe even more good looking than her, but she's a baby in comparison.

My man. She's just such a glorious woman. That bone structure, those eyes...the complete package.

Fighting and fucking being similar has been a thing forever.

Take into account how her sex scene with Hood and her fight scene with Olek anchor this episode. The first one being a "goodbye" in her words the second a "goodbye" by the finality of Olek's death. Combine them with the flashback to the three of them drinking together and there's a certain finality to what happened in this episode.
