"Clark, you sonovabitch. What's the matter, Daily Planet have you pushing too many pencils?"

Age of Ultron isn't the greatest subtitle ever, but it actually does convey something about the plot of the film and makes grammatical sense.

BvS:DoJ, well, I don't hate it, but it's just clunky - how would justice "dawn?" Is justice a concept that doesn't exist in the Snyderverse until this movie?

Obviously, that word refers to the Justice League, but even "Dawn of the Justice League" or "Rise of the Justice League" would be a better subtitle.

I'm sure it will also be part of the theme of the actual movie and not just a nod to the justice league.

Maybe they have to become friends before the sun rises or the bus will explode.

Batman v Superman is blatant enough already. "Dawn of the Justice League," or "Rise of The Justice League" would be too much.

I prefer Dawn of Justice anyway. It's a good subtitle.

It has vs in the title not because they are fighting each other, but because they are in competition with each other for the most ass kicked and most ass tapped.....

Well it's better than the campy Reeves movies and Singer's creepfest so yeah.

When most people think about the first true and iconic Superman on screen, the first thing that comes to mind isn't Henry Cavill. And that's not a knock against Cavill.

Those campy Reeves movies are basically cemented as THE iconic Superman. And I say that as someone who doesn't even really like them either.

But obviously, there's absolutely nothing that was going to change that with one film.

In time, if all this pans out, Cavill will be Superman for younger generations. Just like Bale is Batman now, even though some might still think of Keaton.

Perhaps, it's a follow-up to Man of Steel

And Dawn of Truth, Justice and the American Way... mostly Justice so he don't go around snapping fool's necks!

Its not an excuse though. Its calling out a double standard

How are they remotely related?

Artist's latest complaint is about Cap's title being misleading (to absolutely no one but him, but ok). The complaints over the Superman/Batman title are that it sounds like shit.

The trend is everything sounds like shit despite a similar naming convention for other movies where no one raised a red flag on those at this level . Its basically confirmation bias due to perception about WB dc movies , Snyder and everything related to MoS universe. It happens everytime in every mos news

The more I think about it, the more I realize it sounds like a YouTube fan film, or possibly a video game.

...which I suppose makes sense, given who is behind this.

Terrible title, if you ask me.

If they removed that one really stupid shot of Clark jumping over the truck and watching it destroy an entire building then that complaint would be baseless

But it's there...so yeah he's pretty destructive in the film. I hope batman smacks some sense into him
