It was probably transferred from a DVR to the PC and something was lost during the conversion.
The Waynes built their empire/money/legacy, starting on the basis that they were hunters. Now, I'm off to hunt me some Supes.

Batman has likely hit Supes with a dose of Kryptonite by this point in the film.

Kryptonite weakening Superman + protective armor suit + Supes not actively even trying to kill him.
When they fight in Dark Knight Returns, it's a very David vs. Goliath kinda fight, with Batman pulling every cheap trick he can to even survive Superman.

likely Kryptonite is either made into the armor, in the smoke bomb or releases from the bullet Superman catches that Batman shot at him in the other trailer.
