Looks really bad. I can't stand Jesse Eisenberg's acting. So basically the movie is going to start off as superman vs. batman but then they are going to come together with wonder woman to fight off a greater evil. In doing so they are going to realize they aren't so bad. heh

I thought it looked pretty good. Not really feeling this incarnation of Lex though. Put me in the camp that would have preferred something closer to DCAU. Affleck is looking like he's going to kill it as Batman.

I think the true travesty here is the music chosen for the trailer. Who seriously chose that song and thought it was good because it fucking sucks and ruins the whole trailer.

Standard comic book "VS" procedure.
It was expected in the movie, but kind of a bummer the trailer is basically the whole movie without the details. All we have to see now is the action and reasons as to why. Kind of shitty.
Also, this is a shitty Lex Luther...

I did think that. Surely the world's greatest detective should solve that one in fractions of a second. I always thought Superman films did the 'disguise' very badly though, it's just glasses.
I think it is best to just ignore the whole disguise thing, given that it would never work in real life and any explanation will only seem dumb. You just ignore the obvious problems of comic heroes and hope that your movie is good enough so that the audience is not bothered by them.

I sadly have no desire to see the movie now based on this trailer. I feel like they revealed most of the movie plot through the trailer, which is never good. Suicide Squad and Star Wars: TFA did a better job of piquing my interest while keeping its cards close to the chest.
Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor is ok although not really Lex-like. I imagine we'll see him become bald by the end of the movie.

This GIF alone is troubling. There is so much unneeded CGI in this one shot. The emphasis should be on the three heroes and them alone. But to me, they're sharing it with the fog, sparks, particles, fire and so forth. Fucking weird.

I see. Yeah, Doomsday has been speculated since the last trailer which also revealed Wonder woman. Personally, I'd have preferred that the film concentrate solely on Batman and Superman and eventually coming to understand why both are needed, without the cheap plot device of Doomday to force them together. The ideological differences between Supes and Batman is more than enough to drive the plot of a 2 hour film IMO.
Just those 5 as far as I know, but I suspect Aquaman and Flash will make cameos, and Wonder woman a side character. To add a little spice to the plot, as Diana she'll probably be a love interest for Bruce Wayne, as Wonder woman she'll have the hots for Supes, leading to the 'She with you?.......I thought she was with you?' exchange

Lex is more The Joker than a man who has a huge ego. Lex isn't supposed to come off as completely insane.
lol, I also thought he was suppose to be the Riddler. Glad I'm not alone.
Then people would be complaining even more. Doomsday likely evolves during the fight like he does in the comic. All people seem to remember is the image of him from the end of the fight but he doesn't look like that for the majority of the fight if I'm remembering correctly.

LOL, not true. AVATAR wasn't even the most expensive film ever made when it released. Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides had a production budget north of $370 million.
Avatar has been matched. WETA's work on DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is the evolution of some of that AVATAR tech.
BVS looks very cartoony, the CGI looks like an extension of the direction Snyder took with MoS.

The disguise wouldn't hold for a day. It's just asinine to pretend that people could be fooled that easily. Reeves did his best, he generally did a great job in the Superman movies, but I think putting an emphasis on the disguise thing just points out how stupid it is.

They needed to put the real stars name in the title. They can at this point take Superman out of the title and just call it Batman vs it would probably make more sense.
