There was.

@jarrettconaway: The Mad Max Fury Road footage just shown in Hall H at #ComicCon was indescribable. Absolutely beautiful madness. Blood. Oil. Gasoline. 2015.

@slashfilm: Mad Max Fury Road looks like the next level of the evolution of whats possible in a cinematic car chase sequence. amazing. #ComicCon

@empiremagazine: Mad Max: Fury Road looks astonishing. Vehicular mayhem on a scale we've never seen before. It's like the best Top Gear special ever made.

Fucking awesome. Hope the trailer gets an official release soon, it feels like I've been waiting for this movie for 5 years now.

Personally, I don't understand this euphoric reaction to her costume. It's nothing iconic much less unique, but then again I don't really care for the character so maybe I'm biased

We probably won't get Cyborg until JLA proper.

Oh. Yeah, I guess you're right now that I think about it properly. There won't be any room for him to become Cyborg without taking a huge chunk of the movie away from Bats and Supes.

I guess they'll probably introduce him as Victor Stone in a cameo with him becoming Cyborg in JLA proper?

If they're going by the nu52 JLA origin, then that's exactly what'll happen.

She has the iconic W chest plate and on her waist too. She has her bracers and her tiara. She has the red/blue/yellow color scheme as well (hard to tell in the original pic but brightened up it's pretty obvious).

It's pretty obviously a WW costume without being ridiculous which IMO was a very hard feat for live action.

Is this suposed to counter my post?

I think this proof of what I said, I saw no ass and no boobs whatsoever, in fact I have seen bigger ass and boobs on some fat dudes somewhere god damn.

To damn skinny man.

Not a counter. She is a lot skinner in this though, models you know and you can bulk up an ass with training. Make or break points, nah. Wait and see.

That's the general assumption, anyway.

feel like a wet blanket. This footage as described sounds horrible. As someone who actually enjoyed the Nolan-supervised MoS and TDK visions of the last few years, this sounds pretty awful. Was excited for Snyder because I was hoping for the more restrained Dawn of the Dead version, and not the 300/Sucker Punch guy. This sounds WAY too slavish to the comic books. Superman and Batman staring down in the night on a Gotham rooftop with glowing red and white eyes?? This is what people want? Far too close to Sin City-style moving comic crap...

Fans are going to get EXACTLY what they want, I think. shudder.

You're sounding mad thirsty here. No one should be watching this movie for WW's ass or tits, lol. Go on a porn site, damn.

If the fans were getting exactly what they want, it'd be a Marvel movie with all the marvel characters swapped out for their DC analogs. Dialogue and all.

he butchered superman's entire character to prop up batman.

sure, its a great batman story....but it was still bullshit.

No, man. The panels where Superman is counting every single plant and animal's loss of life and weighing it all in his mind, trying to find where to best dispose of the nuke is pure Superman. Some parts of TDKReturns are out of character for everyone, but that's why it's an elseworlds-style book.

If they do that miller fuckery with superman in here it will make no sense

Especially after he destroyed the drone in man of steel and told the government to piss off

Kinda amazed there was no Shazam reveal, and also that they brought the actors up on stage just to stand there for 2 minutes. But WW's costume looks cool, even if they went a little crazy on the sepia filter on the photo there.

Yeah figured they weren't going to announce the whole DC slate but I'm surprised that, after all his teasing in the last 72 hours, there was no Rock appearance for Shazam.

So eh.. what even happened at the Mad Max part? Was there even a trailer?

10:44 - Just watched a very long sizzle reel of footage from Mad Max: Fury Road and looks AWESOME. Huge scale, with dust and dirt and sand and fire and blood and mayhem galore. One scene showed them driving into a massive sandstorm, where huge sand tornadoes just rip apart vehicles. The action looks incredible, we have not seen a movie like this in a long time.

I dunno. DC characters have a totally different feel. Don't think that would work. I actually really enjoyed the potential of a Nolan-inspired DC cinematic universe. Despite the destruction, i *really* enjoyed MoS. I think the rumors of Lex being created as a powerful human holding the metas accountable for that destruction fixes the mistakes of the first film. In my perfect world, the Batman of the Bale films could totally work in the MoS-verse. I was really hoping for something closer to that. This reads like it's dangerously close to 300/Sin City territory. Without Nolan, if you let Snyder and Goyer cut loose, that's a VERY scary thought...

Conversely, I've enjoyed *nearly* everything new Marvel has done. Excluding Thor 1 and 2, they've got a consistent tone and cookie cutter formula that seems to work for them. It's fun. Doesn't stick with you. Great watching as a kid.

so they are doing an adaptation of frank miller's bullshit?....*sigh* :/

No they're not. They're just inspired by some elements of it (just like The Dark Knight Rises was). Snyder has already said it's not an adaptation and that the Superman of this universe would have to be completely different for it to be.

I do not think they are going to be throwing Superman's character under the bus in BvS (any more than they already have in MoS) .

From the sounds of things it looks more like Batman has a problem with Superman and he's the one stirring shit up.

While it's going to be heavily inspired by TDKR, Frank Miller isn't writing the script... Chris Terrio is. Not only that but this movie has a lot more moving parts and characters to it than the 2nd part of TDKR. It has Lex Luthor's character, WW and the build up to Justice League.
