So I was watching this video and I thought to myself: "These people are so stupid" and I thought of you guys. We all could use a few worst-case-examples to better ourselves the coming new year. Let's all share some stories we saw/read/heard this year that we all need to learn from.
Aside from the video I just posted (which is not made by me), I would like to nominate the Avenger Controller PR Catastrophy that happened just days ago (and to some extent is still going on). Learn how to treat customers and how things get viral so very easily these days.
What fails have you learned from this year?
