Baits used to be believable.Better than The Last Of Us?
That’s what I love about forums.Hey, opinions are opinions, if you disagree, then make it known. Almost like a space to discuss things.. like a forum
It is definitely a gigantic downgrade on OST.i want the rest, especially music to be left intact, this is why Demon's Souls remake doesnt get to be listed
I can't argue with REmake GC, but FFVII hasn't finished being remade yet, and I feel the SH2 is better than RE so imo this is the best remake ever made. So far.The best remake of all time might be a draw between Silent Hill 2, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and GC's Resident Evil Remake
all but the technical issuesAgainst all odds, with all the expectations of Bloober not being able to pull it off, they've absolutely done it. Silent Hill 2 is in my top 5 favourite games of all time, so I went into the remake with expectations low.
What I experienced was the most faithful and respectful remake I think I've ever seen.
I just wanted to put this here as not often in this day and age do we get a gem like this, and the moment needs to be savoured.
Everything is amazing about it, the art direction, the gameplay, the sound (Jesus fucking christ you need to try this with headphones!)
Perhaps I am old and shaking my fist at the cloud, however this is by far the best release this year and should be celebrated accordingly.
The bar was absurdly high for a remake, and they've done it. They've done it well.
Absolutely well done Bloober team.
That's a weird way of saying Star Ocean 2
I've played through 5 times now on PC. It's a non-issue.all but the technical issues
What's your favourite remake?No.
But it's very good, and a huge improvement over the original.
You, me and everyone we know... Know that there's gonna be a 4th? version of TLOU1.Obviously the best remake of all time:
Fortunately, I believe they're remastering it so it can be experienced by a new generation who don't have to put up with the dated presentation of this version.
People judge what the game is, not hyper focus on a trivial thing like that. With the ugly females, seriously?
Gives the game fun, functional combatWhat else does this remake do outside of the visuals?
Tell me you've not played the original without telling me you've not played the original again pleaseWith the ugly females, seriously?
Have you played the original? Those inflated female faces says no.
Have you played the original? What else does this remake do outside of the visuals?
There's already a Half Life 1 remake called Black Mesa!A bit of a tangent, but I’d love to see a Half-life 1&2 remake.
Yes. I'm old as hell and played it when it released. The remakes looks good, but I wasn't sure if it was a REmake style remake, or a more traditional remake that tries to stay as close to the source material as possible outside of the visual enhancement.Have you played the original?
Have you played the original?
Gives it gameplay and acting that doesn't suck ass. What else does this remake do outside of the visuals?
As a game it works but when compared to the PS2 game it loses a lot and the 'PS2 memories' interactions just make things worse.Very good. Better than we ever thought it would be.
But it doesn't even approach best remake ever. Probably not even top ten.
I can safely say I plan on beating this during Spooktober. It. Fucking. ROCKS.Gives it gameplay and acting that doesn't suck ass.
