According to our information, Call of Duty Black Ops 7 will be released on November 14, 2025. This date had already been mentioned in a rumor from the leaker TheGhostOfHope on X last July. No changes have therefore been made by Activision.

We can also confirm that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will not be available on Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches this year. On the other hand, it remains uncertain to date whether Activision plans a later port on the new console.

Unlike the physical editions initially absent on Xbox for Ninja Gaiden 4 and The Outer Worlds 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will benefit from a physical release, with disc included, on Xbox Series and Xbox One. The title will also be available in physical edition on PS4 and PS5, and will be offered in Europe at the usual price of 79.99 euros.

From what I've read, at at given time they're already working on 2~3 years worth of CoD games at one time.

Activision is practically all hands on CoD now.
